The room is not particularly big, but it is enough for one person, much better than ibis. The most satisfying thing is the variety of breakfast, I like it very much, it satisfies the Chinese taste buds. There are different hot dishes every day for three days.

The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the airport. The front desk helped call a taxi and it took only a few minutes to get to the airport. The hotel facilities are complete and perfect, with interior facilities in the same style of the Ibis Group. Because I was transiting in Kayseri, I did not experience the transportation from the hotel to other places. I did not choose breakfast either. The overall service is acceptable, recommended option👍

A sparkling clean hotel, the breakfast is very nice, the rooms are very clean, the location is very good, there is no parking problem, the price is very reasonable. If you go to Kayseri, you can buy everything here for this price. I stayed, I was pleased.

Excellent location, inside a quiet historical neighborhood (very atmospheric). There were small difficulties in finding a car car, but everything was found. The room is good, clean, but we were first offered a room next to the smoke room, and there was a bad smell of tobacco + the inability to open the window. But we were replacing the room on request to a similar and no smell. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is very nicely recommended hot traditional dishes they can cook (something was sharp, better to clarify, but everything is delicious). Clean and hygienic, the room is quite big, just ten minutes from the airport, the next day, the hotel front desk can help to call the taxi. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is not good.

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. The hotel is full of skiers. When I come back at night, there is a big shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient for eating and playing. In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!

The room was great! Very close to the airport, and the service was great! Especially the mattress! So comfortable! It was the most comfortable mattress I've ever had on a business trip! A little firm, but soft enough! Super comfortable!

The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.
