Karadeniz turu yaparken Samsun’da kalmak için tercih etttik. Rezervasyon yapmadan önce puanının çok yüksek olması şaşırtmıştı açıkçası. Fakat aldığımız hizmeti görünce bu puanı hakettiğini düşünüyorum. Fiyat performans olarak çok verimli bir otel bence. Odalar çok temizdi. Havlu terlik gibi tüm malzemeler eksiksizdi. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan Sibel hanım ve Deniz bey daha otele ilk girdiğimiz anda güleryüzleri ve ilgili alakalarıyla doğru yerde olduğumuzu hissettirdiler. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Otel samsundaki müzelere ve gezilecek yerlere 20dk mesafede ve otopark sorunu da yok. Özet olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.

The hotel bed is very comfortable, not particularly soft, and is very suitable for Chinese babies! The waiters are also very patient and polite! By the way, it’s also very close to the beach. I specifically asked the hotel waiter and they highly recommended the Türk-iş coast. It’s really beautiful! It is only about 7.5 kilometers away from the hotel. You can ask the hotel staff to call a taxi for you, which is very convenient.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center.
The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye.
The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Ubicazione non delle migliori, con posizione in una zona industriale. Accoglienza molto positiva, personale cordiale e molto efficiente. Stanza molto grande e con tutto ciò che serve (sarebbe stata gradita una macchina per il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere 2 cuscini aggiuntivi, poiché non ve ne erano di scorta nell'armadio ed i 2 presenti sul letto erano molto bassi. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante interno la sera, e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

EElena AntonovnaStayed in this hotel for one night on the way from Trabzon to Ankara. The hotel is located on a busy street, but it offers free parking right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. Our friends had a minor problem with their bathroom, but the problem was immediately addressed and they were placed in a bigger and better room with no additional charge.
There are many small shops and restaurants nearby. Big shopping centre is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple, but not bad. In general - decent stay for one night for the price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the sea - this is a big plus. We stayed only one night, so the main thing for us was that the bed was clean, and there were no problems with this. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs renovation, and we noticed mold in the bathroom. Suitable for a short stay, if the location is more important than the comfort and condition of the rooms.
