The best value of this lodge, is the friendly and helpful service staffs. They deserve 5 stars. I booked Grab car for return trip but was cancelled by driver without any advanced notice. When I tried to book local Grab bikes and cars, no one answered. It made me understand that I was in jungle, not as convenient as in the city. While I was asking the lodge reception and ready for paying double cost to get a return trip, reception staffs discussed and called a private bus which costs VND120,000(around 1/10 Grab car cost) to Bien Hoa. I realized that they tried to help me instead of taking advantage of my transportation problem. What pure souls I met, thanks God! Anyway, if the owner of the lodge can read this article, please improve the problems I mentioned. I killed 21 mosquito in my room one night. I believe I could kill another 20, if I stayed another night. There's frequent motor rotation noise annoyed me whole night. If you can not remove the motor-driven machine, do you consider to make the room I lived a warehouse. The hotel has best location, nature beauty and excellent staffs, one single room should not become low quality burden of the lodge. The food is good, the same quality and expense as in the city.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. Facilities: Fully equipped

I got injured in a motorbike accident and got a painful abrasion to my foot making it difficult to walk. So I was in the room for most of my stay. The 4th floor coffee shop has a small but sufficient menu allowing me to get meals as needed without having to go far. The staff in the coffee shop provided me with exemplary service at whatever odd hour of the day I made it up there. The cleaning staff were also brilliant, helping me in and out of the room for the daily clean. They even brought a chair outside for me to sit on why they efficiently did their thing. Relatively new hotel, secure parking in the basement, clean tidy rooms and staff who are happy to go above and beyond when required. I even got moved into a larger room during my stay. 10 out of 10.

The room design is normal in a local hotel in Vietnam, but this stay is not very happy. The reason is that I want to rinse the bathtub first when I see the stains. I didn't expect to walk out of the water level during the rinsing process. It was very disgusting. Contact Trip.com immediately, Trip.com said to contact the hotel immediately, but no one came, and then I tried to contact the duty staff, the duty staff will not speak English, probably meaning let me wait, call in 5 minutes, no one answered. Fortunately, there is no way to climb into the bathtub. After 30 minutes, no one will deal with it. Trip.com ~~ will say that I have tried to contact the hotel. No one at the front desk of the hotel answered. Then~~ can drown the~ with shower gel. No one has dealt with it that night. The cockroach was not disposed of until the next day when the room was cleaned. Negotiating compensation, the hotel refused to compensate, Trip.com said that the hotel refused to compensate, they have also tried their best to negotiate, and then apologize. Now I can find 12315, a very bad experience, Trip.com even kicked the ball and took it. Fortunately, I kept the evidence and tried to avoid this hotel if I had the conditions, otherwise I could prepare slippers. Fortunately, I didn't find them on the bed. I also sent a video to Trip.com , no one has been dealing with it, really helpless.

Good hotel, nice location which nears Bien Hoa train station, easy to hang out everywhere, inside Bien Hoa city. Receptionist was cute, nice to help us stay more 4 hours. When we back to Bien Hoa, we gonna re-book this hotel

Great stay, extremely comfortable for a business trip! I had a wonderful stay here during my recent business trip. The apartment is spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully designed with great taste. All the amenities and appliances are brand new, high-quality, and fully equipped, making me feel as comfortable and convenient as if I were at home. A special thanks to the housekeeper, who was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Highly recommended and totally worth the money

This spot was a great location, clean, air conditioning worked great besides a temporary power outage in the town, very peaceful, lots of wildlife ;). Surprisingly, didn’t notice any mosquitoes. WiFi worked good. Very friendly dog named Lucky that we met up with multiple times all over the neighborhood. The host family was very friendly and helped us arrange a visit to the primate sanctuary, as well as borrow bicycles to explore the neighborhood. We left one of our skateboards for the kids, if you’re lucky they might let you use it.
