Nice hotel, I wouldn't say it's 5 stars thou.
Importantly thou the room was nice, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
I was there during the Typhoon Bualoi. Picked this hotel because it's a large reinforcement concrete frame, big central core for stability, knew it would go nowhere during 200km/hr wind gusts. The facade on the other hand, curtain walling system with rain screen cladding and glazing. The mullions were rattling and deflecting with the gusts, the glazing rattling and moving. There was water ingress at the mullions. On my floor a section of the rain screen cladding flew off and a couple had to move rooms. It was a crazy night.
But the main thing is, no one was injured, the structure survived and the amazing staff delivered breakfast to the room at 8.30am just 2 hours after the main windy conditions had died down.
İt has a nice outdoor garden for walking. When you stay in long period , you need to have a market closed to you. There should be a small market at the hotel.
The room is nice and the environment is good. However, because there are too few people staying, breakfast needs to be prepared according to the requirements after people arrive. In addition, the general English level is not good, and communication is a bit difficult
The location is very good, the hotel is located in the center of Hejing. The decoration is very new. The breakfast is delicious. The waiter is very enthusiastic. The overall experience is good. Worth staying next time.
The largest hotel in Thien Cam, in general, everything is okay. However, the following errors need to be fixed:
1. The printed breakfast voucher is until 9:30. However, when we got there at 8:30, there was no food left and no menu options. My family went on vacation, not to torture ourselves and have to wake up at 6:00 a.m. We suggest that the Vietnamese manager follow the same schedule as the previous foreign manager.
2. The reception hall should have the air conditioning turned on until 5:00 p.m. When you check in, you can easily get irritated when you step out of the car and the hot air makes you irritable.
