A clean, cozy apartment with new furniture. There's a lake and a park nearby, and plenty of room for walks. I was specifically looking for a place close to nature. I'd especially like to point out that the apartment has excellent air conditioning! It's truly climate control. There's a balcony where you can have coffee in the morning and admire the sunset in the evening. Shops and cafes are on the ground floor. I loved it! I'm very pleased.

However, the location seems a bit far to walk to.
For those who have rented a car or motorcycle, it is a decent homestay offering good value for money.
The surrounding buildings are built in a European style, but many of them are empty.
You should assume there is no infrastructure within walking distance.

GGuest UserNot a bad place to stay at, but I suggest disposing your beverages or snacks in a trashbin after cleaning or washing them up (off) because they will collect small ants - the only concern... As for the location, in my opinion, it is really good to have a walk for the city part.
