This hotel is new and singles itself out from the rest in the region. The rooms, public areas and service are simply great! The prices are super reasonable.
Hoa Binh itself isn’t the most exciting town but it has a dam which is very worthwhile visiting.
I am very surprised to see a true 5 star hotel at Tam Dao. It was very new and very grand.
Staffs are so friendly and it is at the town center.
I love the bathroom with bathtub. Shower and WC are separated which make it so convenient.
The swimming pool and Spa are fantastic.
The hotel staff from reception to cooking and cleaning were kind, professional and prompt. My stay in the hotel was comfortable and I would like to stay in SoJo hotels when I'm in Vietnam. The food was well made and the pho was delicious for breakfast. Its location on the main road was useful and there were ATMs, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and beauty salons within walking distance. It was also only a five-minute walk from the stadium.
The only five-star hotel in the area is equivalent to three or four stars in China. The equipment is very old. The breakfast is average, and the items in the refrigerator are charged. Only the two bottles of water on the table are free. There is basically no room service.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for making our two nite stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. A surprise decorated bed in celebration of our 22nd wedding anniversary — it was truly thoughtful and made the occasion even more meaningful. Your attentiveness and dedication to ensuring every guest feels valued did not go unnoticed.
Tôi biết đến modena qua tiktok của bạn Phương . trọng. ấy.Tôi chắc I'm so grateful for your kind consideration.
Thank you so much for your kind consideration.
I learned about your hotel after seeing your TikTok post and decided to stay here. I'd also like to express my deepest gratitude.
Your attentive service made my stay truly comfortable and memorable.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude.
It was a great place to relax away from the city center. The hot springs and spas were substantial, the rice was delicious, and the staff were kind and polite to teach me various things. I don't have to say it. It's great.
I booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.
The surroundings are quite nice, with lakes on both sides offering beautiful views at night, making it convenient for walks or jogging. There's a shopping mall about a kilometer away, offering a Korean buffet and WinMart supermarket for shopping.
The hotel decor is a bit dated, and the duvet cover sometimes has holes (though it's still comfortable, being made of pure cotton). The curtains let in some light, the hair dryer is underpowered, and the floor drain sometimes gets clogged. However, for a city like Vietnam, I personally find this acceptable.
Overall, this hotel is considered relatively good in terms of safety, noise levels, and accessibility for the area.
Located in the middle of the shrub forest, the stream flows around the area, you can always hear the sound of the stream.
Spacious Bungalow with nice view.
Children have many activities: spinning, scuba diving, workshop

GGuest UserWe stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child).
The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated.
One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited.
That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.
IIrish Jane GantalaoWe had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay.
The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!
Bbaseplate84The location is a bit of a drawback, being over an hour from downtown Hanoi and 40 minutes from Noi Bai Airport. However, that aside, the room facilities and condition, along with the pool, arcade, sauna, and spa (massage), are quite attractive to Korean tourists. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
In bad weather, I recommend a room in the main building, which offers walking access to the breakfast restaurant, pool, sauna, and spa. The private pool villas don't seem to be as appealing in colder seasons.

GgoodjiaI searched Google Maps and drove, but the location was not accurate.
There are not many restaurants around the hotel because it is rural. (You have to go out more than 10KM to find a restaurant)
The staff at the hotel were so friendly.
Room condition is very good.
The pool is not well maintained, there is no towel to wipe your body after swimming, and the water temperature is not warm.
More than 90% of hotel guests are Vietnamese, most of them are polite when swimming and smell of sweat in the water.
I personally don't think I'll visit again because of Vietnamese guests.
LLukeeeyI was visiting a friend who lives in this part of Hanoi, and she recommended this hotel. It is pretty new, and it shows. When I arrived on a Saturday, lots of young girls were taking selfies in the elegant reception area and the adjoining cafe. I particularly liked the fact the hotel was so accepting. The staff spoke English, and were friendly, and the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially considering it was exceptionally cheap for the clean, modern decor and location (assuming you're visiting this area). Very pleased :)
GGuest UserGreat place to get quiet and relaxed, service and food are very good, the tour is also interesting for us. think will back again if back to Mai Chau.
