Hotels With Pools in Dhaka Division, Bangladesh

The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.

The service was too good. Only problem is check in process is slow . Which need to significantly improve. APART FROM THAT ALL STAFF AND FRONT DESK IS TOO GOOD. Roof top bar need to filter people or for in house guest corner need to separate where so called random people cant access just because having money. Need to treat differently .

Recently stayed at the Lakeshore heights hotel, very good experience! Staffs were really friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel overall was super clean including the rooms. There were plenty of breakfast options and I really had a good time. Most definitely will visit and stay again!

A new hotel near the airport. The room is clean, tidy, and new. The hotel offers a variety of buffet and dinner options🤤 Every employee has a very friendly attitude. The restaurant manager was very enthusiastic and recommended local food to me👍

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point  

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.
