I stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the facilities were well maintained. Ms. Farah provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her dedication and efficiency reflect a high standard of hospitality. She is a real asset to the hotel.

The hotel is good, the room was cleaned, the delivery request also really good. But the stayed unfortunatelly not totally convenience, since at the late night, someone knocked the doors 3 times, and woke us up. We tried to informed the reception, and they mentioned they were checked with the security, and till we checked out, no one called us and informed us about what exactly happen.

The room is large and there are many choices of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it suitable for business trips. The hotel is equipped with a gym and an outdoor swimming pool.

The room was very spacious. I requested a smoking room, which was great for lighting incense. If you want a good view, definitely ask for a higher floor. Make sure to ask the front desk for toiletries, otherwise, there won't be toothbrushes or anything. The staff on the first floor were also very kind, and the restaurant on the 28th floor offered an all-you-can-eat meat feast.

This hotel is pretty old but still functioning and room is pretty big. We spent only a day for transit is ok. Hotel staff is really helpful and friendly.

A very, very, very nice hotel, and it's repeated. Not in terms of hotel staff, not the level of the hotel, not the facilities. To be honest, everything is 10/10, even the site is very elegant.

Unfortunately, television doesn't work, I spent the night watching cell phones, and once I had a problem with TV, it doesn't work, and the receptionist treats a top of respect.

The room was big and clean. With the hot weather, it’s multiple carpark was great! It’s basic that provided in the room but they responded fast to our request whenever we needed. Two downsides were the aircon was noisy, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall its value for money.

The apartment itself was clean. It is near to an attractive street that make noises been heard even in 21 floor. They greeted my kids with welcoming gifts. It is not the best place for families with small kids.

I contacted Ctrip in advance to arrange airport pick-up, and the arrangement was very good. However, due to the airline's reasons, one piece of luggage was left in Riyadh, and the airport pick-up guy waited for a long time. The hotel room is large and has a living room and kitchen. I also met several Chinese people here, but the surrounding area is open and a little dark.
