We requested for one bed instead of two single beds since we have a baby to sleep beside us but they didn’t acknowledge our request saying we have to pay extra for a one big bed instead, they arranged together the two single beds in the room to make it one big bed. The room smells old, when we lie down on bed, the pillowcases and blankets smells old and unpleasant like they were never changed.m so i requested the staff to change them. They responded immediately. The washer bowl was not clean. There were stains from the soap. Maybe it was from the last guest of the room. The location is 300-400 meters from the shops and restaurant which was good. All in all i would rate our entire experience a 3/5.

I enjoyed my stayed. Although I had problems with my hot water which wasn’t working and because of that instead of them fixing it, they moved me to a lesser room which was really upsetting. Even worse they gave my room to someone else when they told me I’ll be moved back to my room after a few hours once their team had finished fixing the water. I was very disappointed.

It was one of the worst experience I have ever had what is your reservation? Was two nights. The first night water was leaking. I couldn’t sleep because of the dripping water sound and they change my room okay next day the leaking was from the toilet upstairs to my toilet it’s disgusting when I talk with them They offer me another room extra bigger room. I don’t care. It’s about disgusting stuff. I use the public toilet and I slipped that tonight in my room. It’s not pleasant tonight. It wasn’t pleasant weekend and even the balcony was fully of dove or bird ****

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, free parking, and connection to The Avenues Mall. The rooms overlook the sea, facing the mall. The hotel is very nice, especially on the upper floors. The reception staff are very respectful and helpful, especially Mohammed Bahraini and Abdul Karim Masri. The hotel offers a varied breakfast, with different main dishes served almost daily. Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service. It was a wonderful experience and worth repeating. Important note: Some rooms on the website are listed as accessible for people with special needs. Do not book them if you are not in a category that requires this, as they are generally not suitable for the average person in terms of closets, bathrooms, and beds. I hope the website will note this by stating that they are only for people with special needs. Thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Abdul Karim, for upgrading my room as soon as he learned of the notice. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise and upgraded me, which made me very happy and made me permanently add the hotel to my favorites list and join Hilton membership. Goodbye, my beautiful room 803

Nice hotel, clean, breakfast is worthy. Walking distance to city beach, city mall. Service is kind and impressive. Rooms are comfortable and we added 3rd bed for kids for a very comfy stay. Location is not the best as it is a bit isolated from sightseeing, but generally I would give 5 of 5.

I am a Thai person who went to stay there. I was impressed with how attentive every employee was. whether the driver will pick me up at the airport Reception staff or even the cleaning staff Everyone is very attentive to me. Just like their family members. I really appreciate all the people here. If there is a chance, I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very suitable for families and is close to the Seef area and markets, and is always a good choice due to its reasonable price. However, on my last visit, the suite was excellent, but it was on the first floor, which is unsafe as the balcony overlooks the air conditioners directly. It's easy to enter the room, and the beds are single, even though I requested a king-size bed. I also told the staff I wanted a suite on the upper floor, but my request was not fulfilled.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Bahrain. The location was perfect for us with the Manama Souk and Bahrain Harbour area nearby. There were many good restaurants on site and nearby. It was also close to lots of cafes and shops. In the near future there will also be a metro station nearby. Check in at the hotel was smooth. We were even able to add on a breakfast for our last day and make adjustments to our reservation request in person. We rented a car and the valet service was very good during our stay. We booked a king bed room and it was nicely appointed. They had a couple of nice chairs, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge with bar and a table side console that controlled the lights and temperature throughout the room. The TV had screen mirroring and Bluetooth features that were easy to connect to. Our room had a large fruit platter which had perfectly ripe fruit and we were delivered 3 small chocolate platters during our stay because of Eid celebrations. The pillows were a little soft for us but they have a pillow menu that we utilized. Our room was very quiet for most of our stay but our neighbours above and beside were unexpectedly loud the last night and we had to call for assistance a couple times. The bathroom had very nice products including lotion, body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The shower was nice too but when using the rain head we found the water leaked out very easily and made the floor wet. There was a speaker in the bathroom but we could not figure out how to connect to it. The pool area was awesome and relaxing on the rooftop of the Regency tower. The hotel had two pools but the one on the mezzanine level by the restaurants was closed during our stay due to Ramadan celebrations that had just finished. The pool had lots of different day bed options, large towels and some very good cocktails including one of the best Pina coladas I've had in the middle east. The wifi was good throughout the hotel but it was a bit spotty in the corners at the pool. The change room had lots of lockers and large shower stalls that had the same nice products from the hotel bathrooms. They have a large health club/gym in this area too and a racquetball court. Manama is a foodie paradise and there are many top notch restaurants around so we opted to eat offsite for most of the days. We did try the breakfast on our last day and we paid 12.5 BHD per person. There is a good spread including pastries, cheese, eggs to order (including a very good shakshuka), western breakfast items, three kinds of bacon (including pork), pork sausage to order and a good honey selection. The best part of breakfast was the fresh juice. They offered us late check out which we appreciated and it was easy to check out at the counter but the valet service was very busy just after 1 pm and the traffic made it difficult to get out and to the airport in the rental. We spent maybe an extra 10 minutes to get out but every other day we had zero issues using the valet and roads nearby. The stay at the Intercontinental was very relaxing and we felt refreshed for each day exploring Bahrain. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bahrain.

GGuest UserThe service at check in was wonderful, but at checkout out was dismissive and uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a quiet evening, this is not the place. However, if you are looking to enjoy the nightlife, this is a good location. The room was beautifully presented however the a/c was either exceptionally cold or, if you elected to switch it off, condensation literally ran from the walls. A nice enough and affordable hotel with some concerns. I would still consider staying again at this price point and location.

MM.A.HI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, and I wanted to share my outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a lasting impression. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms offering breathtaking views of the city and the sea. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities added an extra touch of elegance to my stay. The location is ideal, providing convenient access to the financial district and local attractions. It is the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Bahrain. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

RRustamThe hotel is located at the coast of Persian Gulf that makes it a benefit for those who is looking for nice beach vibes with all its charm. Rooms are spacious with Arabic flair in its design. Breakfasts are both scarce and poor, especially considering the high accommodation costs. Additionally, the hotel offers a sauna room but it was out of order during our stay in January. At the late hours we relaxed and smoked a shisha and tasted a draft beer. Shisha was all good. Didn't enjoy the beer, it's not something I'd recommend especially with its prices around 5..7 BHD.

Ggangwang119The room was incredibly spacious; for the same price in Japan, you'd probably get a room only one-sixth the size. However, the facilities are a bit old. There's a swimming pool, and both sauna and steam rooms are available. Be very careful in the bathroom as it's extremely slippery. It's located right next to Bahrain's largest mosque, which is pretty standard. If you head about 500 meters left out of the hotel, you'll find an entire street of various restaurants. This place is just too hot, and honestly, there's not much else to do.
