JJustinA nossa experiência foi muito positiva no hotel , o espaço é muito charmoso , os funcionários educados , bom café da manhã . Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, as camas confortáveis e o serviço de quarto foi muito bom . Também nos ajudaram com os passeios e o restaurante oferece opções interessantes . A porção individual é bem generosa , a porção pedida para duas pessoas achamos um pouco pequena , mais tudo estava muito bem preparado . Eu tentei trabalhar um pouco usando o wi-fi dos quartos , no início tive dificuldade, mas depois consegui realizar o que precisava . As ruas na cidade nem sempre são asfaltadas , ao transitar de carro não é possível seguir todas as rotas do Google maps . De geral , curtimos muito a experiência e indicamos a pousada como ótima opção .

CCantora GiseleReservei com meses de antecedência um quarto com piso alto e com vista pra piscina ... me colocaram no 2⁰ andar de frente prum matagal MUITO FRUSTRANTE.
O frigobar é completamente vazio ... eles não deixam nem uma garrafa de água. O café da manhã é muito bom, e tem bar molhado dentro da piscina

RRaulThe hotel is a very nice location, the swimming pool and the spectacular patio, the beautiful views. The rooms are large and the comfortable beds .... But it is very old. The rooms are screaming for renovation and there are many uncomfortable details, such as lights, swabs, bathroom ... But the truth, that was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserBreakfast is very good, but they need to restock quickly when they run out. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel, you have to go out to eat at a bakery and the food is horrible, the service is not the best, and it takes a long time to get into your room, you arrive at noon and go back to your room at 2 pm. One thing kept me up all night in the room, we could hear all the noise the guests were making next to the room, the walls are false, you could hear the elevator buzzing all day long, you can only find a parking space if you pay 30 reais a day, go prepared, if you're lucky you might find a place outside. I didn't like the pool, it was very small, not to mention the gym, which isn't even a gym. São Luiz is beautiful, but the hospitality left something to be desired. I hope to return often, but it's hard to find this hotel, I've been told that there are better hotels with the same price on the beachfront.
