Отдыхали с семьёй на майские праздники. Номер выбрали стандартный Дабл, с большой кроватью. Вид из окна был на Костёл, атмосфера нереальная, кажется,что ты не в Могилеве, а в каком-нибудь европейском городке. Отель нас очень порадовал! Очень чисто в номере, белье и полотенца свежие. Спа небольшой,но очень уютный.Финская и турецкая сауны, теплый бассейн и вкусный чай на баре. Завтрак разнообразный, сытный и вкусный. Также хочется отметить работу персонала,девочки на ресепшене любезно помогали нам со всеми нашими вопросами,а у нас их было предостаточно))) Спасибо Вам большое!!! Вообщем, отдых удался на 100000%!!! В следующий раз только в Метрополь!

Based on good reviews, my colleague and I decided to spend the night in this hotel during a business trip. We paid for a double room and decided to clarify what was available to us according to the hotel’s tariffs. The administrator said that the hotel amenities we paid for included a visit to the SPA, but it was already closed, the time was about 21.00, this circumstance left a residue, and on the doors of the SPA, according to him opening hours, it must close at 23.00. There was no second hygiene kit in the room upon check-in. The next trouble was the lack of hot water in the shower. The administrator suggested moving over the phone, but in general this is absolutely not suitable when you have already settled down, undressed, and are about to take a shower, why not warn in advance about possible problems with hot water so that you can check is this at the time of check-in? Plus, in room 202 the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, the doors couldn’t be closed. Pros: clean, delicious breakfast. Next time we will definitely choose another place for this price.

The girl stayed with her on February 14th and were pleasantly surprised by the compliment in the form of a discount for dinner in the room and a bottle of champagne. Of course not everything turned out to be perfect, the room was dusted, but it did not have a great impact on staying at the hotel.
