The bathtub in the bathroom had dust in it. I told the front desk and they offered me a room change.

The Hotel was conveniently located near the metro to allow for quick access to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative remark concerns items left right around the elevators on our floor. A half finished soda can remained on the table at the elevators for most of our stay: certainly it was trash, but I don't know why housekeeping didn't clean it. In addition a luggage cart sat in the hallway near the elevator for for a night or two. Certainly these are not major issues, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

The toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

The hotel is right next to Chinatown, and the subway station is conveniently located across the street to the left of the hotel's main entrance. If you turn right from the main entrance, you'll find a Southeast Asian food street. It's a fantastic location, just a 7-8 minute walk to attractions like the Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, the underground city's fountains, and the Berlin Wall photo spot. What was most surprising was the hotel's Chinese-style decor, and even the food ads in the elevator were in Chinese, which felt very welcoming. We booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious with two comfortable queen-sized beds (1.5m). Some front desk staff speak Chinese, though not always available. Overall, the service was good. The only minor downsides were that the room didn't provide slippers or a kettle, and there was no complimentary bottled water.

Hotel is greatly located in the Mont Tremblant area. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were nice as she introduced us to the area and activities that we could do when we checked in. Will come to this hotel again when we visit Mont Tremblant in the future.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it. The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned. The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you. The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

The facilities were clean and the room was more spacious than I expected, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every day, but it was nice that coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. It's quite a distance from Old Quebec, so transportation costs for round trips added up. Overall, it's clean and the staff are friendly, so I recommend it! ^^~~~

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel; the breakfast was perfect and we used the pool with the children. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a bustling central area, though it's a bit of a walk to Chinatown (about 15-20 minutes). It seems to primarily cater to Western guests. The front desk is on the 10th floor. The hotel boasts a lot of external greenery, an artificial stream, and even ducks on its sky garden. Be aware that there are several steps between different sections of the hotel rooms. While there are ramps for luggage, it's still quite inconvenient, so I wouldn't recommend it if that bothers you. The room had one super large bed and a sofa bed right next to each other. Unlike some hotels that provide at least a partition between the sofa bed and the main bed, there's no privacy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who value that. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel charged a C$250 deposit. A week after checking out on the 20th, the deposit still hasn't been refunded, which is a stark contrast to my later experience at the Hilton Vancouver (where the deposit was returned the very next day). If this is an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Like hotels in the US, Canadian hotels generally don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.
