I came with my sister and our respective dogs and the reception was beautiful, with bed and more friandy dogs in our room!
The staff is adorable to small care at all times 🥰 The area is beautiful (though we have a lot of trouble during our stay)
The restaurant offered us suculent metas 😋

The room is very good! The price is a bit more expensive, but I like it very much! I didn't say anything in all aspects! I just want to stay in the hotel! Very suitable for vacation! Because of this, I like the city of vevey! The dessert is delicious

The place was very good, 5 mins walk from the train station and is perfect for a visit in the Leysin Village. Hotel is perfect for couples or family trip. Staffs were friendly, scenery was good and the facilities in hotel is outstanding. Definitely will recommend to friends

I had chosen the option: a room away from the lift and I was given a room with the lift literally right in front of the lift! I told him by email and the adviser said not to find my reservation and then told me I had to fix it earlier !

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I saw the shelf of the building project outside the building. I was very afraid of the engineering noise during the stay. Fortunately, the construction period did not bring us any impact. It was repairing the roof hotel and Trip.com that gave us a very quiet room on the floor. Service and facilities are very good, everything is just right, it is a hotel that makes people feel relaxed.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the shore of Lake Geneva, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The train station can be reached by bus at 4 stops, which is very convenient. The hotel is French and elegant, with many antique vase paintings placed inside.

MMinS…This is a hotel I’m particularly satisfied with—great value for money, with an exceptionally spacious room. The moment I walked in and opened the balcony door, I was left breathless by the stunning view. I regret staying only one night; next time, I hope to spend at least three to five days here to fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Geneva. Aside from the slightly outdated decor, there are no other drawbacks.

XXiaogabeiThe people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!

Yyes7086This has been the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Switzerland so far. Check-in, check-out, and breakfast were all handled at the Royal Plaza Hotel across the street. We arrived early, and the front desk immediately processed our check-in, saving us from waiting until 3 PM. We were given two rooms with excellent locations and orientations, practically the best rooms available, both with air conditioning, and one even had a balcony. I'd like to thank Trip.com for communicating with the hotel on our behalf. Based on our request, the hotel arranged air-conditioned rooms for us, which was a lifesaver as it's been scorching hot in Switzerland these past few days.
The hotel itself is quite historic, having once hosted Mr. Charlie Chaplin. Despite its age, it doesn't feel old-fashioned at all. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The Royal Plaza Hotel is a star-rated establishment situated by the lake, offering beautiful scenery. The hotel's pool and gym are available for free use.
The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection. It was a simple Western breakfast, lacking items like vegetable salad, eggs, and pasta. However, the dried sliced bread and capsule coffee were quite good and stood out.
The hotel entrance is right next to a bus stop, making it very convenient to get to the train station in just a few minutes, or about a fifteen-minute walk. To visit Chillon Castle, you also take the bus towards the train station; just hop on bus 201 from the hotel entrance, and it's only a few stops past the train station. Very convenient! I've included photos with bus stop and schedule information for reference.
If I ever have the chance to visit Montreux again later in life, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at the thermal center. It is thus far away of every big city especially by public transport as I have to take the infrequent bus. Room I was disappointed for an expensive hotel it was very small. There is no more place in the fridge because of all what they want to sell to drink or eat. The thermal center is good, the food is good and the hotel interior is beautiful. Overall it is overpriced even at the lowest price I think it wasn't worth it and I am a big fan of thermal station. The price fluctuate a lot try to get it on the cheap.
