Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

The room is not bad, it's a ten-minute walk from the high-rise building, it's not bad, the security is good, the service is good, but the room is a bit small, South America is like this, the room is small, the breakfast is OK, cherries are free

Recommended by a colleague, the environment is very nice and clean. The room has an induction cooker, pots and pans, so you can cook instant noodles.

Santiago is a small Europe in South America. The hotel is very vibey, 5 minutes walk to the tallest building in Chile. There are French restaurants with great value for money around (you have to queue). The hotel is clean. The breakfast is average. But it feels like a vacation.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the area is safe, the breakfast is rich, there are fruits, cereals, eggs, bacon, yogurt, juice, easy access, many restaurants around, high cost performance for business,

The scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~

Located in the rich area, some distance from the attractions, about RMB 180 from the airport, Chilean prices are similar to Shanghai, mineral water is provided on the first day, the front desk service is not bad, ask her for mineral water and say no. But also polite,

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

The service of the hotel is very good, the facilities are a bit old, but the overall style and feeling are good, and there will be some drinks and snacks, very warm.
