Our stay during this Guizhou trip was absolutely wonderful! The guesthouse's setting was incredible, nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The most delightful surprise was encountering adorable cats and dogs. Both the swimming pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water and excellent designs, making them perfect for a relaxing dip and some fun. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, and any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly felt a warm sense of belonging, just like being at home. Highly recommended!

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! The lady hostess 小石 and all the staff were enthusiastic and really bend over backwards in making our stay a memorable one. Shaoxing Dong village is intimate and unique, I love wandering through the narrow streets. The latte there is to die for, the best we have had in our 2 weeks in Guizhou. The hotel even arranged a private musical performance for the guests which was an incredible and pleasant experience.

The auntie at the B&B proactively helped us with our luggage both at check-in and check-out, and even offered us hiking poles! The owner also reminded us about reservation details. Truly a warm and welcoming B&B! 3. **Perfect Stay Experience:** There's free parking, which is super convenient for those driving. The room was clean and tidy, with strong and consistent hot water, and they even provided disposable bath towels as an option. The air conditioning was powerful; even though it gets cold in the mountains at night, we felt perfectly comfortable in the room. Every detail showed the owner's care and thoughtfulness. Overall, this is a gem of a B&B that will double your happiness on your Fanjingshan trip! Five-star review!

I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B during my trip to Guizhou. The experience was fantastic. The location is very convenient, with parking right outside and all the amenities nearby. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the front desk lady was very welcoming and attentive, with excellent service. I truly believe this is a trustworthy B&B.

Completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and taxis are also easy to find. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and being on a high floor offered a great view. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; both the front desk and concierge were excellent. The roselle juice and black tea in the lobby are local specialties of Guizhou. Highly recommend it!

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. The most controversial hotel in Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. Before I checked in, I was a little worried that the room that was open before May 1st would have a decoration taste. After I checked in, I learned that it had been trial operation for more than a year since 24 years, so I was worried. The room is about 50 square meters + quite spacious. The separate luggage room and cloakroom are comfortable. When the independent viewing balcony gets up early, the eyes are green and full of negative ions. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the Xiaoqikong East Gate Visitor Center. At the same time, there is an exclusive VIP channel at the back door of the hotel to enter the scenic spot directly. The view of the Daqikong Bridge is actually not lost at all. Xiaoqikong, And there is really no one. If you have a huge film 😋😋😋 for breakfast, the local special potato cakes and Western muffins are made with a sense of ritual, praise! ! ! In the evening, we also went to the lounge Bar to try the local special Cocktail. I especially liked the sour soup Tequila. The hotel was named Mary. It was really super enjoyable. During the whole stay, I really thanked the housekeeper Anna Meng for all kinds of help. I really did it. Responsive 😘😘😘 In fact, I can really do it. The service that is considerate and not lost in the sense of boundaries is not an easy thing, especially a hotel in a super popular scenic spot like Xiaoqikong. It is really not easy during the peak season. My friends around me know that I am also a more picky person, so I must give a big praise 👍🏻
