My butler, Xiaoman, was excellent. September was the super low season, and the entire resort was deserted, very quiet. The best part about the suite was the kitchen, fully equipped with tableware and cookware, just missing seasonings—perfect for us older folks. We came from the North Slope and bought some groceries in Erdaobaihe to cook ourselves, and even a watermelon. The perks supposedly only applied once regardless of how many nights, but the butler extended it, so we got to take the cable car both days. Other perks were more than we could use. The age restrictions for the perks were strictly enforced; we older folks couldn't sneak onto the slides or go-karts. During the low season, the suite building didn't offer breakfast, so we had to go to Jinhua, which shows how few people there were. Breakfast was quite simple, no ham or cheese, not even as good as a four-star hotel. The pool was great.

This time, I was traveling with friends, and after carefully reading reviews, I chose Sheraton. It lived up to its reputation for quality. To our pleasant surprise, all three rooms were upgraded! Our butler, Xiao Ying, demonstrated exceptional service from the moment we checked in at the front desk. She answered all our questions, and when there was a noise issue with the air conditioning in one room, she promptly arranged a room change. We're very grateful! The breakfast was extensive, and everyone loved the pickled vegetable and pork buns…

The room was incredibly spacious, which I really appreciated! Especially when the afternoon sun streamed in upon arrival, it felt wonderful. The small bed's mattress was a bit firm but perfectly fine for sleeping. The hot springs were very crowded, so soaking in the room's bathtub was a good alternative. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it depends on your taste; you'll definitely get enough to eat. The only issue was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast area, though the room's AC was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was quite good, worth trying. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right out front.

I stayed here years ago, and my return visit was just as great. Although the hotel is older, it's clear the facilities are regularly maintained and upgraded. The service is still excellent, with staff being friendly and proactive in greeting guests. A special thanks to the front desk for upgrading my room!

Staying here felt like being in a forest oxygen bar – so quiet and private. It's located at the highest point in the area, far from the commercial street, but still a short walk if you want to grab a meal. The room facilities were excellent: a dark, somewhat traditional Chinese decor that felt grand and ceremonial, LE LABO toiletries, a JBL speaker, and a double vanity – all things I truly appreciated. Huge thanks to Joy, Julia, and Suki for their attentive service these past few days. They provided detailed explanations of the facilities and benefits and went above and beyond to meet all my needs.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!

Service: Huge thanks to Butler Youzi for their excellent service. They patiently answered all our questions during our stay and responded very promptly. Hygiene: The room hygiene was exceptional. Staff cleaned it daily, and it was so comforting to return to a tidy room after enjoying the resort's activities. Used toiletries were replenished promptly the next day. Environment: The overall environment of the resort and the hotel is very comfortable. Coming in September, the weather wasn't too hot, making it very pleasant. The skies over the entire resort were clear blue, with clouds like beautiful cotton candy. It's truly a perfect place for a vacation. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive. Our booking also included many complimentary activity passes, and every single one was so much fun! The staff at each activity explained everything meticulously. Plus, coming in September meant fewer people, so there were no queues. The sledding and slides were a blast – highly recommend them! Dining: We had breakfast at the hotel, and the variety was extensive, with delicious food. The waffles were particularly good, soft and sweet. There's also a commercial street right next door with many restaurants, offering plenty of choices. Transportation: It was very convenient to get around the resort. There are shuttle buses to the West Slope and the high-speed rail station, and neither is far. Transportation is very accessible. Overall, choosing to stay at the Wanda Jin Resort during these few days was truly a worthwhile trip. If I get the chance, I definitely want to come back in the snowy season to play again, and I'll certainly choose Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan again.

Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy.

The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! Here's a ranking of the five hotels I've stayed at recently, for anyone who needs it: (1st: InterContinental Changchun Gaoxin, 2nd: Yanji Hongju Hotel, 3rd: Wanda Jin Changbaishan West Slope, Hunchun Jifeng International Hotel, 4th: Atour S Hotel Changchun Jilin University First Hospital (parking inconvenient, otherwise acceptable), 5th: Not recommended: Sheraton Changbaishan West.)

The facilities are great, with smart appliances, a fridge, and a sterilizer cabinet all included. The resort shuttle is convenient for getting around, but it's also a pleasant walk. There's plenty for kids to do, like an indoor play area, outdoor slides, small animals, fishing, boating, photo ops, a swimming pool, and hot springs. The environment is fantastic, a natural 'oxygen bar' so to speak. Despite being outdoors, there were no mosquitoes inside, which shows they've done an excellent job with pest control. The service was impeccable. They responded quickly to all our requests, and even helped us find a lost hat. My family and I stayed for two days and it was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
