Right in the bustling city center, the location is incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with a wide, scenic view from the window. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the room service was professional, handling issues promptly and effectively. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Overall, it's excellent value for money! Highly recommended for anyone traveling.

I really need to write a thorough review for this one! First and foremost, a huge thank you to my butler, James Mu Xueman. She's an absolutely wonderful young lady – so attentive, responsible, and kind. As a mom from the south, bringing my child to Wanda for skiing, my kid had a full and happy time staying here for several days. Skiing, playing in the snow, and soaking in the hot springs were all fantastic. The JinHua Resort Hotel is incredibly, unbelievably convenient. I originally booked the Park Hyatt, but then I heard from others that it was a bit far from the ski town. I'm so glad I switched to JinHua! The price was half that of the Park Hyatt, and most importantly, it couldn't be more convenient when traveling with kids – the ski center and restaurants in town are right next door! The room view was also super good. Xueman saw that I liked honey, so she had the housekeeper send up a few more bottles – one a day, making every day sweet! The room was also very clean, and the bed was huge. Even though it was more expensive over the Chinese New Year holiday, the included ski benefits and many other entertainment options made it really worth it. We hired three one-on-one ski instructors, and my child learned very quickly, always wanting more skiing each day. I will definitely choose JinHua Resort Hotel again for my next visit! I hope I'll get to meet Xueman again!

This was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect…
Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling.
Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward?
Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha!
During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

We had a great time at Wanda Vista. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Service was always very friendly and 小袁 was very attentive to all our requests. The location is prime, right next to many major attractions. We would definitely recommend!

Facilities: The rooms are spacious, featuring a dignified and grand style. The large windows in Building 7 give you the feeling of living in a park.
Environment: On the taxi ride to the hotel, the driver proudly mentioned that this is a state guesthouse where many prominent figures have stayed. Visiting with my elders this time instilled a deeper sense of reverence and historical reflection. We made a point of visiting Building 1, where Premier Zhou Enlai once resided, to take commemorative photos. The hotel grounds also feature four filming locations from the popular TV series 'A World Apart'. The park is home to over 50 free-roaming sika deer, and we were absolutely thrilled to spot one. We also encountered several adorable bushy-tailed squirrels, which was a real delight!
I look forward to another stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Changchun, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Even during the National Day holiday, the price for such a great hotel was incredibly reasonable. They upgraded our room and included breakfast, which was definitely up to five-star standards – rich and with a fantastic dining environment, perfect for discerning guests. The only downside is the lack of an underground parking lot; the surface parking can get a bit overwhelmed during holidays. But if you're not driving or visiting during a regular time, this hotel is absolutely fantastic!

Our last stop on this trip to Northeast China was Changbai Mountain, and after checking online reviews, we chose this Crowne Plaza hotel with real hot springs. The service was truly exceptional, exceeding our expectations. Even before we arrived, our dedicated concierges set up three service groups, providing thoughtful guidance on check-in, shuttle times for the ski resort and Changbai Mountain scenic area, and family-friendly activities at the hotel. Any issues that arose during our stay were immediately addressed and resolved beyond our expectations, which made everything so stress-free! It was our first time traveling with our child, and we truly felt taken care of. After skiing, we were promptly given warm herbal tea, and in the afternoon, we'd return to the room to find a thoughtful welcome fruit platter. After soaking in the hot springs, the housekeeping staff even washed our wet swimsuits and returned them to our room right away. Finally, at the end of our trip, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the high-speed rail station. Since our departure time coincided with lunchtime, our concierges, anticipating that we might be on the road and unable to eat, prepared sandwiches and fruit for us. We were incredibly touched! Seeing that we had a child, they even treated our little one to a complimentary chocolate ice cream before we left. It was truly a moment filled with happiness, and our child was absolutely thrilled, insisting that I bring him back next year. It was genuinely wonderful! A special, special thank you to our concierges: Shan Yue, Yue Bai, and Yun Duo. We wish you all the best in the new year! If you're traveling with children like me, I highly recommend staying here! After your hot spring soak, you absolutely must try 'Dayi's body scrub' – it's a new world experience!
Facilities: The hotel's decor is decent and standard; it's not brand new but very clean.
Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent.

As expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, Changchun Shangri-La's service and facilities are impeccable! The hotel is located in the city center, and the free underground parking is incredibly convenient, making self-driving stress-free. The king room I stayed in had an amazing view, offering a panoramic cityscape from a high floor. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the room was so quiet that even someone who struggles to sleep in new places had a full night's rest. The heated pool at the health club had clean water, and the gym was well-equipped, allowing me to relax and unwind during my trip. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic throughout, paying attention to every detail. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Changchun!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the exquisite design. Our room had a large window offering stunning city night views, and the personalized butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. A huge thank you to Luna for sending the check-in guide in advance and arranging a high-floor room with a great view. She also checked in daily to see if we needed any amenities replenished. From the small details to the overall experience, you could feel the hotel's dedication everywhere. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the Wanda Jin Hua Suite Hotel in Changbaishan. The rooms are spacious and bright with a sensible layout. The underfloor heating is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay, especially for two mothers traveling with two children. The hotel is located in the heart of the resort area, within walking distance of the ski resort and the commercial street, which was incredibly convenient since our trip was primarily for skiing.
The biggest plus was the service from our butler, Kitty. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, she provided thoughtful care throughout our stay, proactively reminding us about the weather, our itinerary, and how to utilize hotel benefits. Any request we had was met with a quick response; she truly paid attention to every detail. Because of Kitty, this trip was even more perfect, and she absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

2205065****The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual.
The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service.
It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious.
They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope.
WWojiaoaqiqibaThe hotel is quite new, so new that there's a slight hint of formaldehyde smell, but it's tolerable. The location isn't very central; you'll need to drive to get to the more lively areas for meals, and you might hit traffic during rush hour. The room size is normal, and it has all the standard amenities. The windows don't open, which is why there's an air purifier in the room, and a humidifier too. One small thing, though, is that the previous guest in our room must have smoked a lot, as the smell still lingers.

GGuest UserOur New Year's Eve stay here was fantastic. Martina at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with the hotel map, and other staff even brought us matches in the evening. Breakfast was also excellent; the restaurant manager, Chen Xin, helped us to our seats, providing superb service. The hotel gym and swimming pool are both great, and the courtyard view from our king room was lovely! We'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
