What you see is what you get! The location is super convenient, right next to Chunxi Road. The living room offers a great view of the street. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and the master bedroom even has a bathtub, along with a full set of toiletries. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has a clean fridge and a full range of cooking utensils. I must say, the service was top-notch! When we stored our luggage, they organized it so it was easy to access. They even checked and saved the cherries I left in the fridge, storing them in their service center's fridge. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. What truly made the experience special was the staff as they were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We communicated daily via WeChat, which made everything so easy and convenient. The room is also so beautiful with a bath overlooking the city! The complimentary coffee was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. It really felt like the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, not just as a guest but as people. I would absolutely recommend Louis Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again. The service alone makes it worth it!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sungold Designer Hotel in Chengdu. The hotel has a modern, stylish design, and the room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. I appreciated the small details that made the stay feel more relaxing and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made check-in and any requests very easy. One of the biggest highlights was the location — it’s conveniently situated near major shopping and dining areas, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, Sungold Designer Hotel offers great value for a comfortable and well-designed stay.

The room was spotless, and the toiletries were a thoughtful touch, featuring a niche aromatherapy brand. Everything was well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The service truly stood out; our butler provided attentive and considerate service throughout our stay. We had a beautiful view of Siguniang Mountain's Yaomei Peak, and both the sunrise over the golden peaks and the falling snow were stunning sights.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station conveniently located nearby, making getting around super easy. There are also dining options right downstairs, and even street food stalls at night, which is incredibly convenient. The room service staff were also exceptionally helpful.

This is an excellent hotel located right inside the airport, a must-choose if you have an early flight. It's incredibly convenient! You can reach the hotel in about 3 minutes on foot after collecting your luggage. The hotel offers fast-track security tickets for the business class lane and you can check in your luggage at self-service kiosks inside the hotel. It's super convenient, and there's also a pool, gym, and other facilities.

The housekeeping staff also wrote a kind note for me—unfortunately, I was unable to recognize his name from the note, but the gesture itself was deeply appreciated. These small yet sincere acts made me feel genuinely warm, special, and truly welcomed. This level of care reflects the high standards and heartfelt hospitality that The Ritz-Carlton is known for.

The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. The room was massive and felt like a luxury apartment, complete with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver for a quick traveler! I spent my morning at the gorgeous indoor pool and grabbed a delicious breakfast at Vinos before heading out. The staff were incredibly attentive and even helped me with local tips.
