I was pleasantly surprised to see Wuyi Mountain Qilan tea – the owner clearly has great taste, as this tea is quite rare outside of the region! 👍 Plus, Chunxi Road is right downstairs, so it's super convenient if you want to explore.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing hotel for a great price! Located right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, you can walk easily to subway stations and attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious, but what really stood out was the service. Every time I asked the front desk a question, they would respond immediately and were always super helpful and polite. Genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough if you’re looking for a great value stay in Chengdu!

The hotel is located within the scenic area, and you can see Siguniang Mountain right from your room window – the view is absolutely stunning. You can't drive directly to the hotel, but their shuttle service can pick you up and drop you off in town, which is still quite convenient. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and met almost every request. Couldn't fault it. The hotel environment is also great. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary drinks and snacks. Just a heads-up: Siguniang Mountain is quite high in elevation, and the hotel itself is over 3,000 meters up. So, if you're prone to altitude sickness, you really need to be careful and bring plenty of oxygen tanks, otherwise, it can be quite miserable. Also, the climate here is very different from Chengdu – it's very dry and cold, so make sure you're prepared.

The lady at the hotel front desk was wonderful. I checked in at night, and I was worried because I had lost my ID at the high-speed rail station, but they managed to sort it out in the end. The room was very clean. Since I also work in the hotel industry, the first thing I did was inspect it, and everything was great. There wasn't a single fingerprint or smudge on the full-length mirror, which I was very pleased with. It's near the airport but not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. My friend and I came to climb a snowy mountain and saw this hotel near the airport, so we booked it. My friend said the bedding was very comfortable, but personally, I didn't care for the scent of the toiletries. I just didn't like the smell. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I went to get some ice cream, I noticed there wasn't any staff around. I looked around, and a young man immediately came over. The restaurant staff were all very polite, and extra empty plates were cleared away promptly. One lady, in particular, was so nice; she was clearing a table nearby, and when I asked her for a fork, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to get it for me. When I left, she even said goodbye to me at the restaurant entrance, which was very polite, even though I don't know her name. Sichuan is beautiful; if I come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. One more thing: the scent in the hotel lobby and the guest room corridors is absolutely lovely. Before check-in, Cherry reached out to me, meticulously asking about my needs and arranging a connecting room for my extended stay. When I returned in the evening, turndown service was already done, the complimentary snacks were delicious, and an extra tea pillow was provided. The next day, after hearing my friend and I were going to a concert, they thoughtfully prepared chocolates for us to boost our energy – and I have to say, the chocolates were super tasty! For the second night's turndown service, they even prepared it based on which side of the bed I slept on the first night, which was a very thoughtful detail. Regarding the facilities, since the hotel is a bit older, the carpets were indeed a bit worn, but everything else was impeccable. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Very comfortable beddings. Breakfast spread was awesome. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful to every request. Very conveniently located at TianFu airport itself. We could make use of the auto check in luggage function as well. Rooms are quiet, we didn’t hear any plane noise at all. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you have an early or late flight.
