First of all, it's in a great location, just off Restan Street. Secondly, it's absolutely stunning!!! It's perfect for photoshoots and great photos.
It's very clean and well-equipped. We stayed in a courtyard room, so it wasn't noisy. The air conditioning worked great, as did the smart home. There was plenty of hot water, and the mulberry jam for breakfast was absolutely delicious (๑´ڡ`๑). The guy who helped with our luggage was so handsome and cute, so nice and friendly (。•̀ᴗ-). Great compliments!
As a seasoned Ctrip Black Diamond member, let me tell you: this place is absolutely incredible! We booked three different room types and had a blast eating, drinking, and playing here. It was amazing, and the service was *phenomenal*!!!
It's striking even from afar, with its tall spires visible right away. The moment you walk in, you're instantly transported to Morocco!
The vibrant, distinctive interiors are incredibly unique, offering endless photo opportunities – I kept taking pictures until my phone was practically burning!
A special shout-out to the sand therapy! Surprisingly, lying in the hot sand in the afternoon was incredibly relaxing. I emerged feeling light as a feather, my pores truly refreshed! (Tip for my heat-sensitive friends: go in the evening!)
The breakfast spread was plentiful and excellent! The watermelon was sweeter than sugar – so fragrant and delicious, it blew me away!
The hotel offers unlimited fresh fruit and chilled juices!
The staff's attitude was genuinely excellent; they're all such characters, so engaging and fun to talk to, haha!
I rarely write reviews, but this hotel and scenic area deserve a 50-star rating! If any friends or family visit Zhaosu again, I will definitely recommend they stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel's environment is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My child especially loved the skylight screen and projector. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming, from the uncle driving the shuttle bus at the entrance to the uncles in the restaurant, making us feel right at home. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the best lamb chops of our trip. Since we were in a hurry the next day, they even let us ride horses early, fulfilling my child's wish. It was absolutely worth the three-hour drive to get here!
It was a very satisfying trip. The service of housekeeper No. 181 was attentive and considerate. I brought two children with me, and she specially prepared two cups of hot milk, and sent yogurt and fruit. The room was clean and tidy. It was the first time I saw that all the bath towels and towels were sealed after disinfection. Even the TV remote control was sealed. I sincerely recommend it.

An excellent stay, full marks! Manager Yang at the front desk was incredibly warm and thoughtful during check-in. The hotel's location is superb, nestled in a quiet spot within Urumqi's core district, right next to the Library Metro Station. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, featuring all the characteristic Xinjiang delicacies. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Urumqi!
The staff used B1 swimming pool wash facilities while I am using the sauna. This new 5 ⭐ hotel should improve.
For 2 days I stayed for breakfast and they were all the same. Also 7:30 is not ready
Whether in public areas or in the rooms, hotel facilities show high-quality supporting standards. The bathroom space complements the intelligent guest control system, and the details reflect the careful consideration of the guest experience.
More commendable is the meticulous service quality - when we arrived late at night, the front desk not only completed the check-in efficiently, but also coordinated the kitchen in advance to reserve a hot dinner.
It is especially recommended to try the hotel's secret Mongolian copper pot stew, which combines traditional and modern cooking concepts. Lamb slices are cooked in a boiling secret bone soup, with a mellow flavor of special hemp sauce marinade, and the tenderness of the entrance is intertwined with multi-layer flavors, which is endless.
The most comfortable is of course to recommend hot springs. It is too comfortable to wash your troubles and fatigue. It is especially recommended for the original soup pool.
A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations!
We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating!
Excellent Location:
The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor.
A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off.
Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars.
Attentive Service:
Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus.
The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries.
They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness:
The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers.
The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room.
The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower.
Full Facilities:
There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them.
The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke.
In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel.
The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels.
This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!
The service was excellent. After booking, Alice, the hotel's customer concierge, contacted us to inquire about our needs. Her service was professional and attentive. The hotel is new and the facilities are great! There was a tall, strong, round-faced male staff member in the lobby who was very welcoming and proactively introduced the hotel and surrounding facilities! Very nice!
The room was clean and tidy, with the snow-capped mountains outside the window, stunning! The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was rich and unique. The pick-up and drop-off at the ski resort were proactive. The service was excellent! There's also a hot spring, and the price/performance ratio is very high! Recommended! I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.
GGuest UserWe loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items.
The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well.
Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

Excellent
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
GGuest UserAlthough it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
GGuest UserCompletely satisfied with the first stop in Urumqi, the toilet is heated, and the lady at the front desk was still there to receive guests when I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel is right next to the park. After breakfast, I went out to have fun. The snow scenery is invincible. I will come back to stay after traveling around Northern Xinjiang! The bed is a little soft.
11399991****Hailey at the front desk, the photo rate is high, and the enthusiasm is the same as the afternoon sun in the coffee bar. The first time I stayed, I already liked it here. The coffee made by the girl in the coffee bar is also great. Sit for a while every day. Sunbathe. The warm winter sun in southern Xinjiang. too comfortable.
BBengbengdetudouThis was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!
GGuest User”A truly luxurious stay! Perfectly appointed with top-notch facilities and service, a truly five-star experience!”
💎 Facilities: Top-notch equipment, impeccable attention to detail!
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the hotel's luxurious feel! The room features one-touch smart home controls (curtains, lighting, etc.), a fully automatic TOTO bathroom, a Dyson hair dryer, and a custom King Koil mattress—you won't want to get up from it! The room also has a hot spring bath, the only one in Keketuohai. Even the aromatherapy diffuser is custom-made—the hardware is truly ”the ceiling of luxury” and completely overturned my perception of high-end hotels!
👑 Service: Meticulous and attentive, making you feel right at home!
Check-in was a breeze at the front desk in just 3 minutes, with a smiling butler guiding you throughout the entire process. Room service is available 24/7. The most touching moment was when it rained during check-out, and the doorman offered to hold an umbrella and serve hot ginger tea... Every staff member was as friendly and approachable as a friend. This kind of proactive service is truly a benchmark in high-end hotels!
🧼 Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, an OCD delight!
The bathroom mirror is spotless, the carpet is dust-free even when walked on barefoot, and the bedding has a fresh, sun-kissed scent! I especially appreciate it. As a mysophobe, I'd say the hygiene standards here rival those of a sterile laboratory!
🌿 Environment: Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, the ultimate vacation experience!
The hotel is located next to the Keketuohai No. 3 Mine, and guest room balconies offer views of the snow-capped mountains. Morning jogs along the garden paths, listening to birdsong, and evening sunsets from the second-floor terrace—the perfect way to experience the hustle and bustle of life, the tranquility of home!
