GGuest UserThe three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, which is a big plus considering the traffic around West Lake in Hangzhou. It's just a few minutes' walk to the lakefront, not far from the Broken Bridge, and right next to Wulin Night Market. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there's a kids' pool, which is great for families. Overall, it was a good stay, and any minor hiccup during check-in was promptly resolved by the lobby manager.

PPengsakelaasuojiaerInterContinental Qiandao Lake, exclusively occupying the Xian Shan Peninsula, is a scenic destination in itself, perfect for a slow-paced getaway. The hotel offers a rich variety of dining options. The breakfast buffet on the first floor boasts a wide selection, and we enjoyed several excellent meals at the Chinese restaurant. The late-night diner on the fifth floor, opening at 9 PM, became a regular treat for the kids after swimming, serving various instant noodles with fresh eggs and vegetables. There's also a Japanese restaurant outside the lobby, perfect for a relaxed meal after a scenic walk or bike ride around the lake. You can rent bicycles and 'Panda cars' to explore the island. The peninsula is ecologically pristine, with blue butterflies dancing and swallows flitting about, showcasing abundant wildlife. Both indoor and outdoor pools have regularly changed water and are well-maintained. The hotel also has its own yacht pier; simply book at the front desk or buy tickets at the lobby shop for direct access to Huangshan Peak, making travel incredibly convenient. The most heartwarming part of our stay was the housekeeping auntie. When she saw my child's summer homework spread out, she thoughtfully placed an eye-protection desk lamp, noticing the dim light in the room. This small act of kindness was truly touching. With one island, one hotel, far from the hustle and bustle, nestled between the lake and mountains, enjoying nature in peace – this is the ideal state of a vacation.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

JJ.L00房间干净,风景好,但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

AAnonymous UserHad a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

RRendanruju2020Highly recommend the central lake-view rooms; the unobstructed lake view is breathtaking and truly therapeutic, giving you that ultimate vacation vibe. **Dining:** Breakfast was plentiful, and the dishes changed over our two-day stay, which was great. The Chinese restaurant also had a lovely ambiance and excellent food. **Transportation:** It's a 10-minute walk from the entrance to the lobby, or you can use the hotel shuttle. **My only complaint:** We arrived around 1:30 PM on a Sunday, and I understand the room might not have been ready. However, despite several prompts, we didn't get our room until just after 3 PM. There was no seating available in the lobby either, leaving both the elderly and children quite exhausted.

CCocodexiaowuguiThis guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

Ccongcong0613Environment: The environment is really superb. I booked a water villa, and the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe water villa, which had a better location and was closer to the hotel lobby. The balcony in the room overlooked the lake, and you could feed fish and ducklings from the balcony railing. There were so many koi in the hotel, some even bigger than the ducks, which was really fun. Service: Every staff member I encountered was super nice. When my child mentioned that the snacks delivered to the room were delicious, they specially sent two extra portions that afternoon. When I checked out, they even prepared some for me to take away, which was incredibly touching! Thumbs up, thumbs up! Food: The breakfast area isn't big, but it's delicious! There's a wide variety of bread, and both Chinese and Western breakfast options are very rich. Even if you go to eat after 9 am, there's no long queue; it's quiet with fewer people. We had dinner at the Baiyun Restaurant, which was also very good, costing a little over 200 yuan per person, which was quite reasonable. Facilities: The hotel is indeed not new anymore, as it has been open for a long time, but it's very well maintained. And this Chinese style just looks ancient and elegant, which I personally really like. Rowboat: Three of us took the hotel's rowboat. It was 400 yuan for an hour to charter the boat, which is indeed a bit more expensive than outside, but the advantage is no queues, no exposure to the sun, and there wasn't a second boat on the outer lake waterway, so we had a private secret retreat all to ourselves – so comfortable!

GGuest UserStaying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!
