This hotel is a vacation paradise!! So many beautiful things in the area, a beautiful park, excellent restaurants. Accessibility to the center is also excellent. The rooms are nicely arranged and the staff is more than friendly! The food is excellent and I have never seen so many choices of excellent food at breakfast in any hotel!!! Stay as you are always positive and smiling and I believe that your guests will come back with the same joy as me!!! Thank you very much team Cosmopolitan, it was a great experience!!

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

I booked an executive room with balcony. It says online that there was airconditioning which was the reason why I booked this studio type room since that week Czech was at its 30+° the entire week. We arrived around 7pm and head straight to their restaurant so we only checked the aircon when we came back to the room. It was not working. We asked for help and the receptionist dont know how to help us too. I was taking hormone medication that really heats up my body inducing a premenauposal state hence why I needed aircon badly. It was too late to pack up and looked for another hotel coz we were so exhausted so I tried to sleep with the fan which was not enough since it was hotter at night. Did not get enough sleep, was awoken a lot of times. At theck out I asked for compensation,which was a headache in negotiating, I even asked if they could just price the room same as the standard room and give me a refund but Supervisor wanted to use the price for the following day which was even higher than what we paid so there was no refund. They offered 10% discount but only to be redeemed when we stay another night. So ridiculous management. Then they also asked to deposit the same amount we paid online upon check in and it has been two weeks now and the money has not been refunded. They only tell me to chase my bank but I already have and said Efi hotel has not issued any refund. Was very stressed and not worth staying!

We are a family of refugees from Ukraine. Upon arrival in Brno, we were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely hotel! We had a cat and a dog with us, and fortunately, pets are allowed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very large and comfortable beds, huge TV, balcony, bathroom… Delicious breakfasts and not only! But especially we want to note and thank the staff of the hotel. Absolutely all very polite and nice people! Waiters, maids, administrators, managers. Everyone! Separately, we want to thank the general manager, who helped us several times in solving some issues. The receptionist girl who helped organize transport for us. The waiter who always smiled and treated the kids (and us) with goodies. You all are super! Thank you a lot! We really hope to live in your hotel again, but not as refugees, but as guests. :-) Prosperity to you and all the best!

The appearance of the hotel is very big, it is a leisure resort hotel, some distance from the city, it is more convenient to drive by car. The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.

The only small negative is the location, on the north of Znojmo, but you can still get to the centre within 30 minutes walk or for 100 CZK or less by a taxi. The room was clean, spacious enough, just don't be shocked by the glass wall to both bathroom and toilet. But if you stay in bed when the toilet is occupied, you don't see anything :) Very nice wellness area, unfortunately for a fee (200 CZK) and available also for public (for higher price). When we visited the hotel, in seemed to be almost full and therefore wellness a bit overcrowded. Similarly the breakfast - Sunday at 8 AM is very popular time for breakfast, people had to wait. Breakfast - good choice of everything, quite a good coffee. In general, although a bit outside the center, this hotel is modern and still the best you can find in Znojmo.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Service war überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gleichgültig ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar oder im Frühstücksraum. Es gibt genügend Stellplätze in der Garage, lediglich die Stellplätze zum Laden der Elektroautos sind sehr schwierig ein- bzw. auszuparken wenn mehr als 1 Stellplatz belegt ist und die Kabel extrem kurz.

A very decent hotel in a perfect location (the center of the Old Town) with everything close by. The advantage is the ability to drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is not so obvious in the case of other similar facilities in the vicinity, due to the pedestrian zone, entry to which is very difficult, and sometimes impossible. Standard room from the '20s of the last century. Comfortable, as is the bed with a rather firm mattress. Breakfast at a very decent level. Nice and helpful staff. You may regret that the hotel does not have a large on-site parking, but takes the car to the garage, but it also has advantages, because the car comes back clean and is available without major problems - just ask the staff and after a few minutes the car is ready for pickup. On the day of departure, I had a car without prior request, so nice too. There are many interesting and historical attractions around, so the place is recommendable.

This wonderful hotel is in the middle of beautifully maintained farmland with lovely views of tilled fields on gently rolling hills. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a huge tub and plentiful hot water. The staff are extremely pleasant and they are all Czech people. We enjoyed meeting them very much. There is a giant shopping center across the street but at the Savannah hotel it is quiet in the mornings with doves cooing and we saw hawks and other birds. The breakfast buffet food is very good and included fried eggs among other delicious offerings. They had loose tea in jars and teapots so you can make very nice tea, There is honeycomb so you know you are getting real honey, and there were real Moravian kolaches. The dining room is spacious with high ceilings and windows and very nice decor. It is a very good and reasonable place to stay when exploring Znojmo and the surrounding area. We felt very happy there.

The hotel's location is about a seven or eight-minute walk from Liberty Square, which is great for shopping. There is a large road uphill that is difficult to walk to from the train station to the hotel. The sidewalk is paved with small squares and stones, which does not facilitate the towing of luggage.
