Environment: We booked a suite. The hotel is located on a quiet street, with a distinctive exterior. There were doormen and bellhops, so it was quiet at night and we slept well. It's not in a remote location in Giza, Cairo. The room was spacious and had a separate living room. The price was reasonable. It seemed to have been recently renovated, and the environment was decent. The bathroom was a bit old, but it didn't affect usability, and the water quality wasn't great. After one night, my family was satisfied and extended our stay for two more nights.
Cleanliness: It was acceptable. The bedding was clean, and we rested comfortably.
Service: This deserves five stars! The staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionists: Mohamed, Yasmin, Abdelrahman, Hadeer, and Lydia. They were very responsive and proactive in communication, always polite and welcoming. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of options. I would stay here again next time I'm in Cairo.
Location is ok, good options for food or shopping. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is really great. Bit of a downside that the wellness area (sauna, steam and hottub) is divided to male and female section (which was a bit unexpected for us). Gym is really well equipped.
Everything is satisfying, Especially Mrs. Amany, the receptionist, For her help in check-in all the time when going there and to all restaurant staff.
Other than that the only two problems are that room 503's room key is very tiring to open the door because it is broken and has been re-soldered and also the bathroom exhaust fan cover is not well secured and has fallen off more than once
The hotel offers beautiful views of the pyramids. The guest rooms are clean, but overall everything feels average. The in-room beverage area could use more lighting, and there are few hooks for towels. The pillowcases, bed sheets, and duvet covers are somewhat thin and a bit worn.
Breakfast can be quite crowded and messy, as there are many guests. Due to the high number of diners, the staff sometimes struggle to keep up, resulting in shortages of food and utensils. However, the breakfast selection is quite diverse.
Nice new hotel, beautiful view of the Nile, and amazing attentive staff. The breakfast included is served to you on their rooftop restaurant. Would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice value place in Aswan.
Booking through Trip.com was excellent and reliable in securing exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this application. The Parmisa El Dokki Hotel itself is excellent, and the management team is wonderful. The location is superb, close to all amenities. A special shout-out to Ms. Seham for her dedication to guest comfort, and to Mr. Ahmed Ayad for his cooperation, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude. Many thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Kamel for his excellent service and responsiveness. I highly recommend this hotel.
I'd been staying exclusively in hostels for 27 days of my trip. Craving a bit of personal space, I decided to book a hotel for the first time during this journey.
To sum it up: it's affordable, clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
They offer complimentary breakfast for two per night, provide fresh towels and amenities, and both the bathroom and room are spotless. The reception staff are genuinely welcoming. I was very satisfied with my two-night stay, costing just over 25,000 won per night.
You get an excellent view of the Great Pyramid of Khufu from the rooftop. The nearby shops are also significantly cheaper compared to those directly in front of the pyramids.
The pyramids are just a 15-20 minute walk away.
If you're traveling in Egypt, looking to save money, but still want a pyramid-view accommodation with breakfast included, I highly recommend this place. For breakfast, the reception staff asked for our preference, offering a choice between local dishes or brunch. The mango juice and falafel were delicious!

The view from the window of the pyramids is excellent. There was no hot water only once. The walk to the supermarket through the slums is terrifying. Giza is the poorest and dirtiest area of Egypt. I would stay in this hotel for a couple of days to admire the pyramids, and then move on to Cairo or the coast.
The service was quite good. Lower floors near the road can be a bit noisy, but higher floors are fine. They upgraded our room type, and the room was large and clean, with quick service response. The hotel has many restaurants; the ramen and fried chicken at the Japanese restaurant were a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach' – I really couldn't eat any more 'Western food.' The view from the Nile corner is excellent; if you get up early, you can see a beautiful sunrise. It's a bit far from the airport but convenient for visiting the pyramids. My friend's room was even higher and offered a direct view of the pyramids; with a camera, you can get some amazing shots.

GGuest UserThe house is absolutely recommendable.
The Maria Pyramids House is excellently located right in front of the pyramids. The rooms are newly made and super. The rooms are very, very clean. I also liked the roof terrace with direct view to the pyramids. The hospitality and service of Osama and Ahmed were very, very good. The gentlemen always gave tips for the day design. The kitchen of Mrs Aeda was also great and breakfast on the roof terrace I enjoyed with view of the pyramids. I had 6 nights in the room and enjoyed every day.
The House has exceeded my expectations.

GGuest UserHotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately.

Ccaddi****This hotel is quite famous, with high ratings on Xiaohongshu and Trip.com. My stay was very satisfying. I arrived on an early flight and, just trying my luck, asked at the front desk if any rooms were available. To my surprise, they let me check into both rooms, and it was before 8 AM! I felt like I saved hundreds. Although the rooms are a bit old, they're well-maintained and very spacious. You can call to request more bottled water, and the breakfast is also good – but you need to go early for the best photo spots! I also requested the first shuttle to the Pyramids of Giza for the next morning at the concierge, which was super convenient. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis hotel is very high standard not far away from Cairo, regarding great golf view, swimming pool and good service, breakfast is a lot of choices, the waiters are very friendly, I lost my credit card on table but two staff Ms. Rahma Gamal and Mr Ossama helped me and foung them and returned to me immediately before my leave, very nice and helpful people and Iwould like to extend my thankfulness to they two especially. The gym is also good and big space, I will come back!
GGuest UserWe had a very good stay in the hotel, I would like to thanks Mohamed and Mustafa for their great service, they make us feel extremely comfortable, for every single thing we required they were always ready to help us, maybe something to improve is the internet connection but not big deal, for sure I would come back.
DDouhuayutouThe hotel's location is excellent, right near the Grand Egyptian Museum and not far from the pyramids. Getting a taxi is very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped, and even had a balcony. The hotel's internal view was beautiful, and the breakfast was plentiful. All the staff were very enthusiastic. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping Manager, a young Chinese man. Knowing we arrived in Cairo at 6 AM, he kindly arranged an early check-in for us, allowing us to rest properly after an overnight flight before starting our pleasant trip to Egypt.
MM9433****Highly recommended hotel!
The hotel is a resort with a pleasant environment, featuring date palm trees and various flowers and plants.
The rooms are clean and have private terraces, perfect for relaxing with coffee or meals. A clothesline is provided for drying clothes on the terrace.
The hotel boasts abundant recreational facilities. The swimming pool offers refreshing water on hot days, and there's a bar next to the pool. There's also table tennis, billiards, and a gym...
The only downside is the expensive restaurants: breakfast is $25, lunch is $30, and dinner is $35.
You can buy your own food outside.
There's also a children's playground, which is a pleasant surprise.
A truly excellent hotel!!!
