The cleanliness level is below expectations; the carpets are full of old stains and are not aesthetically pleasing. Despite the hotel's impressive exterior, the rooms are far below standard for this level and price.

الفندق ممتاز جدا ومطل على شاطي اجمل ربما موقعه غير مناسب للبعض وفيه نقص في بعض الخدمات وتوفير بعض المستلزمات للغرف كالمكواة ونقص في بعض محتويات دورات المياه وفيه سيده في الكاونتر تعاملها راقي وسامية الاخلاق وتستاهل التقييم الأعلى اظنها اسمها امنيه شكرا لكم

Going to the environment, but I didn’t expect the hotel room to face the street. There is almost no soundproofing.
The bed is comfortable and the breakfast environment is also very good.
Dinner is not good.
Manager service is good but other employees still need training
Next door is the museum.
