The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice.
The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby.
The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive.
I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash...
Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste..
No fridge, even no glass for drinking..

This hotel is excellent, easily meeting five-star standards. The 7T tram stop is right at its doorstep, and on the other side, there's a picturesque harbor view. The top floor boasts a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is a standard Western spread.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again.
The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.
Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.
A nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.đ„°
The hotel is not in the city center but it takes more than 20 minutes by bus, opposite is the forest. The room is on the first floor, the windows can be locked, there is no kettle, it may be borrowed at the front desk, the room is not large, the water heater may not be the conventional method of opening and closing, so I do nât know if the phone came in at night and asked if I knew the front desk number Is nât that because they do nât use this water heater ... Breakfast is good and the sun is plentiful.

The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Overall, I was very satisfied. It was also very convenient to go shopping and eat in the city! If I come again, I will choose this hotel again!

AAnonymous UserThe location is a little far from the central station, but we were able to go to the main tourist spots by a single tram. The breakfast was very delicious and the room was clean.
__WeChat508649****The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

AAnonymous UserIt was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.
GGaoyuangangchengGreat location with convenient transportation access. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped. The surroundings are elegant, with clear lake water all around. There's also a private underground parking garage.
