GGuest UserIt was a good stay & all staff was friendly & efficient. Only 1st night we couldn’t enjoy spa but this matter was fixed by next morning. Breakfast was good, dinner was really nice & overall we enjoyed our trip. Thank you

GGuest UserLovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

GGuest UserProbably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe Novotel Reading Centre is perfectly located in the heart of Reading, offering great convenience for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a 3-minute walk to the train station, and equally close to museums, parks, the abbey, and supermarkets. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. The housekeepers on our floor were very diligent and cleaned our room on time every day! Five-star rating! Thumbs up, thank you!

KKuri ChanABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

YYONGERIn order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

GGuest UserLovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.

GGuest UserAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

GGuest UserNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
