Yes, I was able to check in early, which was really helpful. The room was spotless, and there were tea, coffee, and even a biscuit — very impressed. I went to the gym, which was well equipped, even with dumbbells up to 20kg and a bench. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect after my session, and the showers were great quality and very clean. They even had a spinner to dry swimwear.
I went for a meal in the restaurant — 10 out of 10. Amazing selection and served straight away. I will definitely be back; for the price, it’s hard to beat. Incredible location as well.

We were supposed to stay a night on the 3rd, however due to total disaster with the snow (police closing roads, snow gates shut, buses not running, train cancelled last minute) we were unable to travel and had to cancel the onwards travel plans. We explained the situation providing evidence that it was not possible for us to get anywhere and kindly asked if possible to amend to another date, but were refused.
Stayed in the hotel before, not a bad place, but very disappointed that they had not been more understanding of our already disrupted start of the 2026.

The double room had two beds pushed together, but one was missing a leg because it was broken, making it lower than the other.
We asked to change rooms considering the price we paid for two nights (about €450), but there was no availability. They fixed the bed the next day.
Both late at night and early in the morning, we could hear the noise from the showers upstairs, making it impossible to sleep or not be woken up.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading.
The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

A warm hotel like home, everything is like returning home, not only the tableware is complete, but also the food is provided, and there is no problem with the food for a few days. Dryer washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, nothing unexpected. Like this hotel 👍 Sitting in the yard after dinner and watching the stars

The room is clean and comfortable, but there is no air-conditioning and it can be a little hot sometimes. The temperature sense is different in different rooms, you can ask the front desk. But it's fine to live in.

The hotel is in the heart of the town and is in a particularly good location. The hotel's Western food is especially delicious, steak and roast chicken are very good. The breakfast is also very rich and very satisfying.

Amazing facilities (a wonderful swim in pool, with use of soa and jacuzzi). Lovely staff - receptionist who greeted me and I saw on check out and Porter who brought me extra oat milk and decaf tea bags.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages. The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning. The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey. The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful. You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice. There is a co-op near the hotel. The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

Ryan at the reception has been fantastic throughout our stay. We were not able to walk around the resort which we regret but we will definitely come back to see them!

The castle on the edge of Loch Ness is so beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained heavily when we checked in, so we couldn't go out for a walk. There was a mother duck and her ducklings wandering around in the castle garden. The room was very large, with a large kitchen and living room. It was very comfortable to stay here.

I booked this hotel because it shares the same name as a McDonald's burger joint, which felt familiar. The hotel is quite large for the area; although not new, it was cleaner than expected. The service was also exceptionally attentive. On our check-out day, we had to catch a train, so we checked out before breakfast started. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us within minutes. Additionally, there's something the booking platform needs to correct: the hotel doesn't offer ski lessons. The hotel could improve its communication with the platform to provide accurate information for future bookings.
