The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Quite pleasant...plenty of hot water...the pool is too small for 3 towers...but it's fine if you're staying in a villa. The indoor pool isn't really for guests like me...for under 400, it's worth it...above 400, it doesn't feel like good value...but overall, quite pleasant.

The room too dark and far away from the elevator. There isn’t any side table light compare to my several previous stay. The front desk not helpful at all and will not come back anymore visiting the hotel. It’s time to move on other hotel with better facilities. The hotel simply need to upgrade it as most of the items are very old. Moreover the front desk need to act professional and not assisting.

Used this hotel for a business trip. Excellent value for money. The facilities are new and very clean. I could even watch NHK World. It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue. The gym is also clean and easy to use. Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay.

Great strategic location, close to the mall. The atmosphere feels like you're not even in the city, with Bali-like vibes. Every room has a bathtub, which is great for families with small children. The sports club also has many facilities. The only downside is the number of mosquitoes outdoors.

This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.
