Amazing
HHdyhazmMalaysian here 👋🏻 hotel ni best sangat2, cantik, tenang, customer service on top 👍🏻 staff very helpful & friendly. Tak puas duduk sini. Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. Tp scenery & interior design hotel mmg cantik sgt dah macam cerita Moana
AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.
GGuest UserI really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club.
I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.
YYcawThe hotel is superb, I like the simple and comfortable design with good view from the room. They offered some water sports/activities for people to enjoy during their stay, the food at the restaurants are very nice too. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You can watch sunset from the beach club while enjoying the pool and facilities. My only concern was the in-room slippers which i suspect it was recycled, my feet stings after i wore it and so i decided to wear my own slippers in the room. With such premium hotel services and facilities, i think this is something that i couldn't accept, would be great to at least provide disposable slippers for guests. There is a spa in the hotel which I think it's overly priced, a 90min full body massage is the price of 4 pax 90min foot massage in town, the skills was so-so as well, I guess the price is offered for the sea view which you couldn't even enjoy much since you will be faced down during the massage. Overall still a great stay and I enjoyed!
AAmiyaamiyaI booked a Peak View Premium Room, but it turned out to be on the first floor. When I opened the window, all I saw was a wall. I checked, and the sea view room was only a few tens of yuan more expensive, but it was a beach cabin. I really got a raw deal (bloody loss).
I arrived at the hotel around 9 am and asked if I could check in early, perhaps at 12 pm, if the room was clean. I was told 'no, no, no,' and that I had to wait until exactly 2 pm.
I was waiting for the welcome drink on the beach. The redemption card showed it could be used from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. At 11 am, when I asked, they said the restaurant was being cleaned and I had to wait. My companion and I were lying on the beach chairs, and no one came to offer us even a single towel, yet all the Caucasians on the adjacent chairs had towels. 🤷
My friend also asked how much it would cost to get a ride to the city. They said 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah (39 RMB) for a one-way trip. So, they dropped my friend off in the city. When it was time for them to return to the hotel, they couldn't be reached. The hotel kept ignoring messages, leaving them hanging. In the end, with no other option, they had to take a motorcycle taxi in a torrential downpour, speeding back on mountain roads. 👍
GGuest UserThis hotel has very clear pros and cons. First, the cons: for this price point, the rooms are a bit small. It's also a little noisy due to its proximity to the pier. On the bright side, its location right on the main street is super convenient. The restaurant on the 6th floor offers a lovely sea view while you have breakfast. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good value for money. All drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and they deliver a small dessert to your room daily.
GGuest UserWe have loved our stay at Lelewatu and feel very grateful to have been able to experience staying there. We stayed in a cliff pool view villa, the view is spectacular, the villa itself is so beautifully designed and very clean. The pool is a nice size, very clean and has such a beautiful outlook. The bathtub is lovely overlooking the ocean and fills up very fast with clean water. The bed is comfortable with soft and clean linen. The staff are all very helpful and kind and we really have enjoyed all meals that have been lovingly prepared and delivered to our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary the staff organised a beautiful table setting for dinner which was such a kind gesture.
Although neither of these two things would deter us from staying again they are worth noting.
1 the villa floor itself is noticeably unlevel and tilts down a little towards the back wall of the villa.
2 If you are a surfer this location does prove a little difficult and the hotel itself does not have a boat for transfers nor were they able to supply us with a rental bike that has a surfboard rack. As my husband is an experienced rider and has previous experience of navigating in rural areas using google maps he managed, although the trips to find the waves were not too comfortable without having a surfboard rack. If you have your own car or rent a car with a driver that is familiar with the area this may be fine for you to get to the local surf spots which are all around 30 minutes from the hotel. There is surf at nearby Nihi however that beach is private for hotel guests only.
This is an ideal resort for honeymooners, couples of families looking for peace and tranquility.
Ffrancesco zimeiThe hotel is very centrally located, and from my balcony I was able to enjoy an exceptional view of the harbour, accompanied by a stunning sunset that I will never forget. Although the hotel is not particularly new, the service was excellent throughout my stay. Rooms are kept in pristine conditions, and are provided with all amenities you need.
At street level there is a convenient minimart with an ATM, as well as a few shops within the same building. The restaurant also offers barbecue options at very reasonable prices. In addition, the swimming pool was remarkably clean and cosy, featuring another spectacular view over the harbour.
I only spent one night there, but it is definitely an experience I will always remember.
EEkaterina NikonorovaLoved this hotel! The staff were very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. The place was clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. Breakfast was good, and all rooms have a sea view. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but there's a nice pool. It's a bit of a tough walk to town in the heat, so we took Grab motorbike taxis (there are no regular car taxis). Highly recommend this hotel!
WwslnmThe room was nice and the service was good, but the towels were very old. The hotel is right opposite a bar, so the soundproofing isn't great and it can be quite noisy.
