GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain.
The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request.
Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

GGuest UserI requested a QUIET ROOM, because my husband is a light sleeper, and he get sick easily if he doesn't have enough sleep, but the whole night has been a nightmare cause the roof above us is so noisy, sounds of people walking, and jumping, furniture moving, were very obvious and my husband call the receptionist and he PROMISED TO CHECK AND GET BACK TO US, but no one call us back until we checked out. The lady receptionist hand us the key with one hand and no smile, i think its very important to learn about basic hospitality code especially for the front desk staff.
How ever the room is very very comfortable and the location is excellent.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect, within walking distance to main attractions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
