First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. đ

Anonymous UserOverall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstandingâit was one of the highlights of our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain.
The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request.
Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

Anonymous UserPersonally, I found the breakfast unappetizing. For a hotel that's supposed to be a bit more upscale, they even charge extra for espresso. There's a convenience store downstairs, but nothing else, which I felt made dining inconvenient and really missed the mark. They even charge for the bottled water on the table? Seriously, are they that desperate for money?

Jj4ype3Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung â¨

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellentâfriendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome.
