If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

The location of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very good, however not perfect. While it was located at the Manado Town Square Mall, a great location as you could access many different necessary places from the hotel to the mall. However, the location of the hotel made it virtually inaccessible to any other top place in Manado, thus forcing us to use high amounts of automobiles to thoroughly travel throughout Manado. The cleanliness was nearly perfect, and whenever the services remade the rooms, it seemed unbeatable by any other hotel. The gym was kept very neat and many other facilities were clean. The service was amazing; quick and effective cleaning, helpfulness, respect/kindness, and responsiveness, all you could ever ask for from a hotel service. The pool was enjoyable, having a pool bar with a great view of the ocean and Manadotua Island, especially during the sunset. The gym was very accessible. Overall, the hotel was a 4.9/5 in my experience.

Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.

Quite satisfying. The view is beautiful. The food is delicious. Although at night it is difficult to sleep because the room next door is very noisy (There is no security control from the hotel). Security suggestions need to be improved again. Thank you.
