You will not be disappointed by this hotel! In short, it's excellent. The location was convenient for me to reach independently from the airport; I simply caught the metro then walked a short distance down Chamiers Road from Nandanam station. Everything about my room and service was high quality. The only minor irrigation I had was that the TV was confusing to control but this is not important. Finally, the breakfasts deserve special mention: there is a huge selection of delicious options and several staff members always available to cater to your breakfast preferences. I would happily stay here again! P.s. Check out the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant, it's a great place to relax at the end of the day.

It was a joy to stay at the Raintree hotel. We felt very welcome, had the best breakfast and everyone made our stay a great experience. We even stayed for another two nights and feel like it was the best choice to stay at the Raintree St. Mary's Road for our visit in Chennai.

The aircond vent in the room I stayed was releasing some pungent smell on the 3rd night. We had to spray perfumes and room spray all over to overpower the pungent smell. Towels reduced from 2 towels to 1 towel from day 2. Shower gels and shampoo was not replenish. Rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared from day 2 until we check out. The access card to the room keeps spoiling so everyday we need to replace with the new ones.

I used it on a business trip. Close to the airport, walkable. It was a pity that the room did not have a bathtub, and I felt that the lack of USB charging was due to the age of the facility. The exterior of the hotel had ***y cracks, and to be honest, I was worried about it, but the interior was very clean, and the room was clean, so I was relieved. Amenity was prepared one way and was glad that slippers were attached. Breakfast was a buffet centered on Indian cuisine that made me feel like I was in India. I drank filter coffee, but it was less sweet than other drinks and was very delicious, so I had another second.

The housekeeping staff were accommodative and ensured that I had all the amenities for my stay. The chef always checked and wished me during breakfast and recommended several dishes to try. The reception staff and staff at the travel service were accommodative to the changes in flight schedule and were pleasant . I also indulged in a Spa session and it was out of the world. All my body pains were dealt with and was eased into a state of rest. It was a wonderful experience and the all the staff at GRT made my trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

We had excellent food and excellent service at Southern Spice kitchen by Rajashekar. We were unsure of what to order and Rajashekar took care of us like a family. Started us with delicious Appetizers- Vanjaram fry & Chicken 65 followed by Chicken/Mutton Biriyani, Appam/****tta with Prawn currry & finished it off with Yellaneer payasam & ice cream. We had an excellent feast, will be back every time we are in town !!!!

As the name suggests, it’s a decent hotel for quick travellers, who don’t expect much. But sometimes, basic expectations are disappointing as well. The rooms are sufficient, with the basic of basic needs met. A shower, twin beds, a washroom, locker, mini fridge and a basin is all that is there. Yes some rooms have a work table as well. The concerns start outside the room, lack of AC in the dining area, non operational lifts, blocked sinks, non operational ac in the room, an entrance which does not have a canopy, etc are the things I have seen in a 3 night stay. The staff is relatively inexperienced and try to handle the situation, but can get annoying at times.

The hotel provides outstanding service and luxurious facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the dining is superb, and the staff are exceptionally attentive. It's an excellent choice for any traveler. Highly recommended!

Park hotel is a good hotel for the stay and food, especially six o one restaurant,my family enjoyed well and Ms kanchana did the bookings she is very flexible and it was a smooth process, really appreciated her work,thank you! Good to stay

Hotel location is good, about half an hour drive from the airport, shopping and shopping around is more convenient. Good facilities, intimate service, rich breakfast and friendly staff. In short, value for money. To vomit is the credit card checkout shows the price of Lu, the result is the dollar, the key is the exchange rate of the two. Proposal to pay with rupees if possible.

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with ***y varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the ***ager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

High luxury class. They give me free late check out till 7pm as ITC and complimentary car to reach airport. Many corners for breakfast. Huge restaurant varieties inside Hotel

Good location in down town and nice area with a lot of colleges around the hotel, means safety. Small supermarkets, food stores, small shopping mall are around to the hotel too. Just heavy traffic jam in morning and after office hour peak times. BBQ Foods are nice and there is one very good Chinese/Asia food resturant. We took the sight see here and it is really fantistic place here.

Chose Residency at Coimbatore. I have stayed here earlier too. however now the rooms have been done up all new . The rooms are spotlessly clean with great room service to support. Kudos to the team. Keep up the great work. Will for sure come back.

Hi ... Really had nice n wonderful experience in ibex resort... Staff was very friendly... N food was osm.. taste is delicious... Property was very clean n tidy.... Had an excellent stay, beginning with making the reservation. They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. Additionally, the food tasted delicious.

The stay was very good.... I stayed with my friends.... They has more excited for.....views and staff services.... The room was very neet and cleaning.... Food was very good........ 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 the recipient staff and bell boy hospitality was amazing.... I enjoyed very much this stay

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.

Food was excellent service is good staff is very cooperative specially Mr. harikrishnan I was missing indian dessert like rasmalai chocolate brownie and put more north Indian dishes overall it was great experience with all staff like housekeeping main help desk etc

Stayed for a night ...Congested Rooms with no space to move around . Looks like a studio setting rather than a comfortable Room for stay . Cramped look . I stayed here on 23/06 till 24/06 evening.. On the Morning of 24/06 i was asking for a cup of coffee at 0600 hours . Pat ca,me the reply from In Room dining ” Milk not available ..Make your Tea at your Room ” When i told even Tea Bags and water was not availble in Room Hotel was prompt in sending 2 Tea bags and Water ! Some of our family guests who stayed in the same Hotel had ro wait till 0830 for coffee and Milk.We went out ad returned to Room @ 1600 hours to find a messy room with even dust bin not cleaned and towels not changed . A stinking smell with torn curtain . Even when i checked in i noticed dust on the Table and bathroom . Housekeeping is very poor . Infact wnen i was cheking in i used the Rest Room on the Lobby side and was surprised to come across a stinking urinal and toilet . I pointed out this to the Gentyle*** at Reception counter. to make amends . Overall this Place is not good for hygenic stay and for those who prefer prompt and courteous Service . Better to avoid this place .

The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

Nice family hotel. Clean and neat. But they can do with better service and quick response. We had a problem with water leak in the flush several times. They repaired it but it surfaced again. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Railway Junction. Food quality was ok.

well maintained hotel. We ate at Mullai restaurant all three times. They had Onam theme dinner buffet with a wide spread of item which tasted well. The hospitality of all the wait staff is excellent, each one of them went above their job and made sure we got what we wanted to eat. Prakash S., one of the wait staff is interning here and was quite interactive with us. He is an ambitious young *** who is eager to do well at his job while also studying to get his Diploma in Hospitality. Even with his grueling schedule in this Tiruchi heat, he has a smiling disposition and takes care of all the guests with much care. South India truly stands for hospitality. I hope his hard work and dedication gets him much success in his career and his leadership recognizes his and his coworkers’ hard work and compensates them well. Wishing the very best to Prakash and his peers.

Hi Srm I staying in 209 room was very good and comfortable stay here working staff house keeping was good thank for Supervisor Mr.Manikandan. Staff gather.rajendra Prasath. Thank you Srm will come back again. Vasudevan. Chennai. Kodambakkam

Hotel is in 2 nd floor. One way for car parking. Hotel in bazaar road so not comfortable. Worst experience toilet seating pad separate. Ac is very worst. Tv not working next day morning after 10am room change for tv problem. Room telephone not clear voice. Brake fast very worst. For each and every thing we need to ask after finish break fast only some item refill. Even coffee is too bad. Over all it is not worth for 500 rs room.very old hotel. Free soap 2 rs worth, one rs oil and 1 rs clinic plus shampoo given after request. No water in room after request only they given. Good thing: Good hot shower Staff are good Give extension for 2 hour(bet after fight only) total i stay in hotel for 14 hours My advice Google for some other good hotel.

The hotel was booked on line n specific rooms were requested a few weeks ago )4 rooms)on line, but when we came to check in about mid night, we’re told there was no ref to online check in and we had to show them proof of communication from our WhatsApp. Front desk is not to be blamed since they accommodated us but got is other rooms, No night duty manager but he she would also be not able to assit due to online booking. WiFi does not work in room( excuse was above 4th floor internet is bad) only clear at the lobby. Room toilets shower room edge on the floor have molds. Towels were brownish white. Receptionist does not give you 2 room door tags Since not policy- plus worst the key tag don’t work once you leave the hotel and return later ( in our case after 7 hrs on the same day)- excuse given magnetic issues if key tag kept beside hand phone. Saw a group about 10 family with kids (last night)checking in at night turn down since it did not register their online checking n booking- was so sad to see small kids & elderly tired but no rooms.- did not know the out come since I just went back to the room- hope their booking was accepted). Break first service is so bad that they are not ready for tourist at 7.30am( as we leave early to travel). Today I asked the waiter to on the lights and he was not too please to do so . We choose this hotel since the service was good for the price and have stayed here a few times before the covid BUT will not recommend any one to stay here if management don’t revert to their hospitality
