Well located, near the Orosei Marine, the city has little to do, just boat trips through the Orosei Bay, which is beautiful by sign. The hotel has a restaurant, a swimming pool, an old, but well preserved. Good morning coffee.

We were good in the whole, but there are a lot to reconsider being a 4-star hotel. We say that from the reviews we had much higher expectations: the beautiful pool, quite small for the number of places available in the structure, few sleeps and lack of others in the equipment to add. If you don't get in a parasol right after breakfast, it's certain that after 1 h you're not gonna find any place and you're forced to sit in the tables despite the bathrooms in the pool. Another sin, cushions too low to sleep, almost inexistent, I asked for a cushion more and for having had to pray for it because I had been told initially that ” they were finished ” , When a coat was found in the careful control. Good food, but something to look at about quality. Cutting miserable, they brought us 2 pieces of parmigiano and two mozzarellins, the rest all salts recycled from breakfast. The spacious rooms, the perfect cleaning of the hotel. The spa is to be seen absolutely, the prices are excellent! The lack of staff, despite the period of freshwater, was felt in the various requests made, even in the very often waiting for a sprint on board pool. I would say that if there were more than one kind of observation, this hotel could really be a good place, but we went away, a little unsatisfactory.

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at Jazz Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with stunning views. The spa and fitness center seems to be excellent we haven’t the time to test it 😅 but looks good. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Personally Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated. That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

Hotel near the center of Oristano, with parking and swimming pool. It is a pet friendly hotel so you can stay with your pet provided a €10,00 supplement is paid. It doesn't look like a 4-star hotel for the furnishing of rooms and halls, but it is still comfortable.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating. The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive. Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment. ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception. If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby. The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back. Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy. It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

GGuest UserAbsolutely Fantastic – One of the Best Hotels We’ve Ever Stayed At! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were unbelievable – super helpful, genuinely friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. It’s rare to find service this warm and professional. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the rooms and shared spaces really stood out. We truly loved everything about this place – from the atmosphere to the people to the amenities. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserThe location was very quiet and pleasant. The staff was friendly and tried very hard. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted very good. Although the hotel is still quite new, the grout in the bathroom already had mold spots and the toilet paper holder was loose. The room was nice but minimalist in its furnishings. A closet would have been great. The bed was very comfortable.

MMarieke en JeroenA great hotel located 3 km from the old city center. On Wednesdays, there's a lovely market nearby. The breakfast is extensive, and the coffee is delicious. You can choose from espresso, cappuccino, or Americano, and perhaps even more. The internet worked well. We hadn't received new towels. We reported it to reception, and within 10 minutes, we had new towels in our room. A great solution. Free parking is available.

GGuest UserThe beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.
