Hotel location is nice and the room is also nice, yet not an attractive decoration style. The pool look dirty ( maybe because of the grass burning nearby) and I don’t mind about that. Yet, I’m not satisfy with the breakfast ( little menu and late services).

GREAT experience. As a French/American couple we went for a weekend and took 1 night at Pidoma. The rooms are clean and the beds are confortable. Our room had AC and a fan but actually it’s not very hot in Mondulkiri so you do not need to use so much. Id like to highlight the CUSTOMER SERVICE which was excellent: - After checking in staff will bring you to your room in a golf cart as the resort is big - Our room had a slight Wifi problem and staff fixed it immediately - We asked for a late check out as our bus to Phnom Penh left later in the day and the manager VICHEA was very comprehensive and made sure that that wish was accepted! - Staff are so nice and most of them speak fluent English which is very comforting when you have questions. The place is calm and we booked a junior suit which has a PRIVATE swimming pool. It is a bit smaller than on the pictures but it is still nice to be able to have a dip on your own without kids screaming everywhere haha. Breakfast has a buffet and a cook and food was OK. But I’d like to see a bit more diversity in their menu. They have Khmer and also western food but not so many choices. (Ex: only 1 fruit juice). Actually this is the only drawback I could think of. Thank you Pidoma, and thank you to Vichea and his staff for doing a great job. We will most certainly come back !

We are used to going back to basic. We’re fine with that. In my opinion basic means simple but clean. This lodge has had better days. Rooms were dirty, the pool was green. I didn’t allow my kids to swim in it. The lodge is run by a very friendly girl but she spends most of her time on the phone. She has “help” from a few guys. But they just sit around and wait. The surrounding area is very very nice. Clean up the pool, fix what’s broken in the lodges, deepclean the rooms and the restaurant , buy new bedlinnen and you have something to be proud about.
