The hotel is right by the sea. It has been cloudy and rainy these days. If it is sunny, the scenery should be very good. The Expo venue is downstairs of the hotel. You can eat all kinds of local food in just ten minutes' walk.
Ocean Jacuzzi Suite is fabulous! Stunning views, warm & modern layout, versatile space, and the jacuzzi is top-notch. Perfect for couples but with the benefit of the extra two twin beds that can be partitioned off from the main common space w/ a separate bathroom. Look at the hotel's dedicated website for the actual floorplan since it's hard to tell on aggregate sites. It's definitely a tourist hotel which means lots of people, especially on the weekends, though the room is ultra quiet. Patience is needed for the elevators since there are so many floors, and those afraid of heights need to know that while the views from the suite are spectacular you definitely feel it, especially on the outdoor balcony or by the bay windows! Restaurant & convenience store downstairs and a great area to stroll at night since it's in the Expo area and everything is lit up. For the rate, this is an aboslute banger of a deal depending on when you book:)
This Jeju Island trip, I'm planning to mainly tour Seogwipo City, so I booked this hotel!
The nearby Sanbangsan rapeseed flower field and Yongmeori Coast are also in full bloom, and the Osulloc green tea field is right next to the hotel, so I often went there without worrying about forgetting to change clothes every day, took pictures, and made a lot of memories.
It's also close to Luna Fall, Jeju Dang Cafe, etc., so the location is really great! There's less traffic on the way there and back!
But the downside is that the parking space is okay, but the parking space is too narrow, so those who are not good at parking might have a hard time parking. The room itself is clean, spacious, and nice, but the soundproofing is not very good. ㅠ When checking in at the hotel, I think they need to teach you to quietly close the door at night and not talk too loudly even if you're not a loud person. ㅠ Other than that, I'm really satisfied!
Oh, if you catch the right day, you can see cherry blossoms in the hotel parking lot, take pictures, and make more memories!
It was a nice stay and a great experience. There's not much around, but it's a good idea to drive. Taxis are also a good option, and they're not too expensive.
Clean and conveniently located. In a less busy part of city so it was quieter. Walking distance to area to take the cable car for the amazing sunset and night view. We drove but it was walkable. A short drive to the food and shopping streets as well. Overall a pleasant stay.
Hotel is accessible for everything, closer to train station and theres a restaurant closed to it that really cheap but first class seafood. The ocean view was really nice, with the mountain view. The staff was so helpful and kind. .I would love to come back here .
It was so good! The staff were friendly and the interior was so good! The view was really pretty, so it was good to lie in the room, but it was nice because there were many restaurants around, but the parking lot was a bit narrow inside! I was not feeling well in the evening, so I asked if there was an emergency medicine, but I was really grateful for the kind response. ...... I think I'll go there again next time I go to Mokpo 1 !!
I've been spending Christmas for four families.
From Seoul to Yeosu
Seoul s White Christmas
Yeosu wasn't very cold.
Blue Mango Pool Villa
You can use the spa in the room and the ocean view right in front of you.
The view that opens your eyes in the morning and the calm waves that hit the Mongdol Beach purify your mind.
Big luxurious hotel, good value for money depending on your deal. Nice breakfast but strange that you have to pay to enter the swimming pool. You can zip line from the top floor, nice views of the surrounding area.
The room was so pretty ㅠㅜ As soon as I entered, the view was so pretty, I think I saw it for a while !! It was neat and the spa was really warm, but there was a convenience store around, but it takes a little long to walk ㅠㅜ But it was so pretty and very satisfied !!!!!!

GGuest UserThis was a nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Though you have to be aware it is not close to the main touristic attractions. Moreover, the building is quite old and you shouldn’t expect perfect cleanliness. Indeed, I would have appreciated the hot tub to be cleaned before we arrive, and there were some cobwebs on the mezzanine. With such a wonderful view, it’s too bad that the windows are not well cleaned either. Last negative point, the ”curtains” don't block out the light so you shouldn’t be too sensitive if you expect to sleep in the morning.
Regarding positive sides, beside the view and quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen is really convenient. You can also control the heating system which is very efficient to warm up the whole room. The electric heated blanket was very comfortable in winter as well!
I guess you get what you can expect for this price!
GGuest UserVery nice place in a quiet countryside, facing the wet preserved area. Bedrooms are spacious, very well equiped and decorated with much taste. Nice view from the bedrooms, each one having a large terrace. Large garden in front of tiny houses and a piscine, probably for summer.
Most of all, owners are people of a great kindness, who have been so helpful to us. We thank them very much for that :-)

NNihaNicOntheGoWe stayed one night during Chuseok holiday and the owners invited us to a garden party/karaoke; we have been welcomed as royalties, we had great food, we sang and danced alltogether with them and with other guests. The best night ever during our holiday! It was amazing to wake up to this awesome view hearing birds singing. Great place to getaway from big city buildings and holiday traffic.

TTheophilus0204After a satisfying stay at Sono Felice Del Pino in Goseong, Gangwon Province last winter, we decided to visit Jindo Sol Beach this summer. The resort itself was perfect: from the immaculate facilities and stunning landscaping to the friendly service provided by the front desk staff, everything was exceptional.
However, our evening was completely ruined by a very unpleasant experience at one of the on-site chicken restaurants. When I went down to place a takeout order, I was told to return in 15 minutes. Upon my return, I was informed that my order had been missed and was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes. However, it took much longer than 5 minutes before our food was finally brought out.
I completely understand that mistakes happen, so I wasn't upset simply because my order was initially missed. However, what truly disappointed and angered me was the staff member's attitude: instead of even a simple apology, they unceremoniously dropped the food on the table without a word and walked away. I wasn't asking for anything extraordinary; I simply expected my order to be ready on time. And if an order is missed, I believe a basic courtesy, even a simple apology, is standard practice for anyone in business.
I even questioned if I was being overly sensitive, but after checking the reviews for this particular restaurant, I found numerous accounts of similar experiences from other customers. Of course, I understand that Sol Beach merely has a contractual relationship with this specific vendor. However, given the numerous promotional videos for this particular establishment found throughout the resort, I believe Sol Beach has a responsibility to oversee its operations to some extent, if only to protect its own image. Many reviews highlighted the sentiment that customers are treated without basic courtesy, as if they are merely one-time visitors who will buy once and never return. Is it fair to assume that these numerous customers will only visit Sol Beach once? It's hard to argue that poor management of these affiliated establishments won't directly affect Sono Resort's revenue.
Overall Verdict: Jindo Sol Beach staff and facilities were perfect, but the service at the affiliated vendor was appalling.
*(Note: The other on-site establishment, which would have been pictured here, provided excellent service. Please excuse the absence of photos.)
지지단차오빤The ocean view is crazy. They even let me check in early, and the room was very clean. I highly recommend it. It's also very close to the station, so it's great for backpackers! However, there are no stores or convenience stores nearby.
