Great
PPeเองThe bed was standard soft, but the room was HUGE with lots of usable space.
**Location:**
Excellent! Right on the Sedone River, and not far from the market or restaurant area in Pakse. Very convenient for getting around.
**Breakfast:**
Not a lavish, five-star spread. Mostly simple options like fried eggs, toast (the Lao khao jee was delicious!), coffee, and fruit. The taste was average, enough to fill you up.
CCaMü23A very nice place directly at Mekong. Here you can relax wonderfully and make great excursions (Vat Phou, Bolevan Plateau, waterfalls and 4-thousand Islands). With the 2 pools, it is also suitable for families
LLife styles & travel✨I’m rarely in writing reviews, but this hotel highly recommends if you have any plans to visit Pakse!🇱🇦
Location is excellent, very easy to go around and next to Big Mekong river. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Room very clean & comfortable!
But the WiFi was very bad connection 📶 ( if you have some work to do through laptop, ) I found it a bit hard. Besides that everything was pretty good!!!
AAnonymous UserIt was easy to find using navigation. The room was great, the spacious courtyard was very relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. I'll definitely return for my next business trip.
GGuest UserThe hotel was greatly situated on the island. They arranged everything for us including transfers back to Pakse. We hired bikes at 30,000kip each for 2 days and this was great fun. The hotel also did all of our laundry at a fee but it was beautifully clean!
The hotel restaurant did amazing food and we particularly liked the breakfast!
The pool and amenities were great and we loved our room and balcony.
Would highly recommend this!! :)
GGNIK AREAAn extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!
GGuest UserService was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms).
Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.
AAnonymous UserWe only spent one night at this hotel, but it was very pleasant to be able to cool off in the pool after a long minibus journey. The room was spacious and modern, and for once, the pillows were a good size, which prevented us from waking up with a stiff neck. The dining room was very comfortable with its large armchairs; we even had dinner there because the surrounding area wasn't very inviting. Breakfast was à la carte; a buffet would have been better to avoid long waits when a whole group orders with lots of specific requests in English to the poor Laotian waiter who has a limited vocabulary.
GGuest Usera bit disappointed that they firstly didn't allow us to swim in the pool as they said we need to buy swimming cap to enter pool, which cost 7$. after we say no, they said we still can swim, but make sure the hair not touch water, very weird.
