GGuest UserWe recommend Champa Palace hotel. We had a great time. The staff is always available. Our only regret is the lack of clear excursion offerings from the hotel. We wanted to book a guide through the hotel, but no clear flyer explaining the prices could be provided. The common areas and the room are of high quality.

GGuest UserLovely resort in Pakse which faces the Mekong river so there is a lovely view and breeze!
The staff were amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists. I'm sure this resort will get very popular soon as it is a hidden gem.
I stayed over Christmas and was able to have the receptionists help me book activities during my stay.
I would recommend booking their taxi service from the airport as there are no local taxis available.

GGuest UserAll you can expect from a family hotel: a service always with a smile, a historical place full of well trained charm, a sun swimming pool, a restaurant on the edge of the water, des animaux de compagnie pour enfants, et des propositions d'excursion à la journée.
Prevoir les bouchons d'oreille car quelques chambres dorment près d'un petit étang où les grenouilles sont bruyantes le soir, et le coq peut être un peu matinal

GGNIK AREAAn extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!

GGuest UserService was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms).
Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.

vous ne pouvez pas ajouter autre chose ( le bol est très petit !)
Assez bon rapport qualité/prix au final
Petit bémol : une lampe de chevet imposante pour les lits jumeaux/ j’aurais aimé un petit éclairage individuel pour lire

MMARTINUn hotel pequeño, muy pocas habitaciones. Un ambiente muy tranquilo donde relaj**** es obligatorio. Unas vistas al rio Mekong con unos amaneceres..... Desayuno correcto al estilo occidental y las habitaciones miran todas al rio. Muy bien. Cenar es una buena opcion con vistas al rio. Pueden organizarte excursiones por los alrededores y llevarte al aeropuerto.
