Checked into the hotel earlier (at 12) without any problems. Luggage was brought to the room and 2 smoothie glasses were brought. The view from the room is gorgeous, right on the ocean. There is a swimming pool under the window, which is cleaned every day. The beach is long, but the ocean is very rough, almost no one swims, but this is just right for me. To the right of the hotel, a couple of kilometers away, is the turtle beach, it is calm there and you can always see a family of turtles. Go, you will not regret it. In the morning we were lucky and the hotel staff let us release small turtles, very cute and emotional. Breakfast with a view of the ocean and the dinner at the hotel were delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel.

As one of Sri Lanka's top luxury hotels, the Shangri-La maintains excellent hygiene and safety standards; sniffer dogs conduct luggage searches before entry. The Shangri-La's breakfast and dinner buffets are well-suited to Chinese tastes. The beach is also beautiful.

A beautiful place. The hotel is located right on the shore of the ocean, all rooms with balconies and ocean view. Staff is very hospitality, helped carry bags, cleaned the room at request and always smiled. I would like to note the hotel manager, Darya. met in the hotel at the settlement, told about the hotel, about the surroundings where and what you can see, always was in contact. Hotel restaurant, just wonderful. All the dishes (mostly Italian) were very delicious. On the last day, at our request, the cook cooked a set of Sri Lanka national dishes, it was great. All additionally served the bread basket, butter. The pool is clean, warm. Rooms with good repair and normal furniture. Air conditioning worked quietly. The plumbing is in good condition.

A wonderful property, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the owner & her staffs were especially friendly & helpful, steps from the beach & Main Street, many wonderful restaurants nearby, good breakfast, only minus is our room has no TV, the electric kettle’s cover was broken, I almost got scalded. Hope they will replaced it before someone got hurt. Overall, love the place, absolutely will recommend it!!!

Oh ... This hotel just fell in love with itself!!! Photos I do not apply because they are real in the hotel profile. Here is everything! We were in the 4 suite for the 3rd floor and it is really the best hotel in Sri. Very atmospheric and thoughtful, the eyes are joyful for every trivial. Service: Settled early and fast, cleaned in room 2 times a day!!!!!! , the pool is clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious , but expensive. The ocean is not calm here, but if you are on a car or on a bike, 10 or 20 minutes in different directions and either Unavatuna or Veligma or Mirissa ( tuck will also deliver ). Restaurants are also in step-by-step availability. I'm the second time in Sri and there's something to compare with, so I highly recommend. The hotel is worth its money, not ordinary network and not killed local. We'll be back here 100% Aaaaa and on the 3rd floor a charming patio with lying, just huge, this bonus is just a gun

During our 7-day trip to Sri Lanka, this was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at so far. Everything—from the facilities and service to the food—exceeded my expectations. The owner's dedication was truly touching, so even though I rarely leave reviews, I had to write one this time. Most five-star hotels in Sri Lanka are quite old, but this one was new and modern. The owner is a beautiful woman from Guizhou who has traveled the world. She was worried about being ripped off by fellow Chinese travelers overseas, so she booked one night with a ”let's give it a try” attitude, but after staying there, she didn't want to leave! It's a very exquisite villa, furnished to the standards of a high-end Chinese hotel. The beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard is a highlight. There are many staff members, including local Sri Lankan waiters and a butler. There's even a gardener tending to the plants in the morning. The rooms are very clean and tidy, with a stylish decor and high-quality bedding. The attention to detail is impressive; even the hairdryer is a Leifen brand, and they even provided a toothbrush and razor (Sri Lankan hotels don't usually provide these). The staff are warm and attentive, with the typical Sri Lankan smile. I even had lunch at the hotel, which was delicious! The owner and staff were incredibly accommodating, making it feel like home away from home after a long journey. I highly recommend this place when visiting Galle.

Loved the location, which is within short walking distance to the Galle lighthouse. But what I loved the most was the modern interiors of this Art Deco building . Our room was well designed and clean, complete with a bathtub and lovely marble finishing. I personally felt that the bed was one of the most comfortable I experienced during my week in Sri Lanka. I also enjoyed the sunset views from the rooftop bar and the pool, even though a little small was great for cooling down after exploring the old town on foot. My only comment would be that the shower amenities weren't in a good place, could easily slip during shower time. Breakfast had an option of either local fare (to be prebooked) and western fare which was tasty. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Sri Lanka.

The service is good. But the hardware is too bad, there is no hot water for the bath. The door lock is old and there are mosquitoes everywhere in the house. It’s mainly right by the lake. It’s convenient to see the birds. Now I’m changing the hotel. It’s not far away. It’s about two kilometers. The price is half cheaper.

ННатали ЖидковаI am very glad that booked this hotel, for $45 a day we got almost a European four. Yes, noise from the road, but on the third day we used to, we lived in room 309, which changed from 204, there actually cars will drive in front of your windows. Whoever sleeps clearly, must take the berushi with you. On the contrary, across the road, there is a beautiful lounge zone, there a couple of nights were accompanied by the sunset 😍 all the facilities in the room are, even there is a TV. When there are many guests in the hotel, a beautiful Swedish table. I recommend this hotel if you value the price-quality.

ЮЮлия ЗOur Sri Lankan vacation began in Mirissa and the Randiya Sea View Hotel. I was worried that our hotel was located right next to the road and would be noisy, but believe me, you'll hear more noise from the ocean waves, which we were absolutely delighted with. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. There's a swimming pool next to the hotel, which we really enjoyed. You can borrow large towels from reception and use them on the sun loungers by the pool. We were lucky enough to catch a gorgeous sunset from our room. A big plus of this hotel is its close proximity to the ocean, despite having to cross the road. We walked to Parrot Rock, which is very close, and Coconut Tree Hill is also within walking distance. There are many cafes with sun loungers along the coastline. We swam on the left side of the beach, closer to Parrot Rock, where the waves are calmer. The hotel has its own parking lot and a restaurant.

GGuest UserSet a quadruple room, in fact, can live 6 or 7 people no problem 😄 The hotel is located on the edge of the lake. Since we are going to Yarra National Park to see wildlife the next morning, the store packed breakfast for us very early.

RRobby123From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned.

DDoufutravelsThis stay was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The room is in the heart of nature, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of the wild, fresh air away from the roads, and the peace and quiet that comes with a more intimate stay. Additionally, the breakfasts have been our favourite, especially the hoppers! It was all fresh and Sri Lankan style, served with the jungle in front of us. One morning, we had monkeys. Another, chipmunks. One special night, we had fireflies. The location was exceptional. However, it was Praneeth who really made this place special for us. We had great conversations, and he even recommended me a great birdwatching app. One night, we chatted for a couple of hours and I learned so much about this beautiful country. Genuinely, Praneeth is a huge value to Jungle Loft. He was attentive, thoughtful and a wonderful representation of the kindness Sri Lankan people exude. Thank you so much, Praneeth for your warmth! I can’t recommend Jungle Loft enough. It’s an ideal location, it’s private, it’s beautiful, and you’ll be looked after. Go for it!!

JjainRajatExcellent location. Quite nearby to mirissa harbour and weligama. Liked the property. They arranged a candle lit dinner setting nearby beach as it was my honeymoon on request for no additional charges. Liked the beach, the swimming facilities and the buffet for dinner as well as breakfast. Arranged breakfast box as i had to go on whale watching and would have missed my breakfast. Very nice staff. Only thing they can improve is a bit quick on service as we had to call multiple times for getting our room cleaned.

GGuest UserExcellent little spot by the beach, in our opinion this end of the beach was much nicer than the main Dikwella bay. Clean, calm and quiet - everything you could ask for. The hotel has private sun loungers which are always empty and available. The hotel food is great, the pizza is cheap and absolutely amazing. We tried surf lessons with an excellent surf school next door which was great fun. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean - totally fine. Hiriketiya is just 5 minutes down the road in a Tuk Tuk and to be honest this beachfront is much nicer than Hiriketiya which we found busy, touristy and dirty - but there are some great cafes, shops and restaurants to head over for in the evening or morning. Casa Smeralda staff were helpful and attentive - they always went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a peaceful, calm beach hotel to relax in! Side note: delivery apps did not work to this location but there are plenty of local restaurants to walk to.
