This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful, especially the bread 🍰! They provide a free 500ml bottle of water daily. It would be even better if they could provide two bottles and also offer free water with dinner; I would give it a full 5 stars! There's an APIA nearby where you can buy argan oil, and it's also very close to the beach and Hassan Mosque!
The location is quiet, within a ten minute walk from several commercial centers, the facilities are a bit old, there is no shampoo and shower gel in the room.
Great location near the beach and very great support from the receptionist for most of the enquiries. The only few down side is that the housekeeping are slow and halfhearted. The food is of great quality but lacks variety, you may be bored of the food after 1 day.
Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.
Bad condition. Raw from the ocean gives you knowledge. The door is broken, dirty, yellow towels. Although the hall looks not so scary. The chairs on breakfast are as if in a pleasure. Of good - pleasant and smiling staff, no questions about them
As far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior. The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure
This hotel was quite a joke. I arrived in Egypt in the early hours of the morning, and when I got to the hotel, they told me their check-in system was down. I didn't get into my room until dawn, which was pretty unsatisfactory.
The room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence
I stayed in this hotel for five nights. It was generally clean and relatively quiet. There were also many bad things. The building structure was not very reasonable. There were only two elevators. The rooms were distributed farther and farther away from the elevator. If you were unlucky, you would be assigned a room far from the elevator. Just leave.
On the first night when I arrived at Casa, I stayed a little far from the elevator. Later, I stayed close to the elevator for three nights, but the bathroom light was broken. On the last night, I was assigned a far room again. Moreover, I booked a king-size bed room every night, but I was given a twin bed room on the last night. There were obviously many empty rooms, but they said there were no king-size beds and I couldn't change.
I went to the top floor bar. My boyfriend went swimming, and I sat at the bar to wait for him. The waiter ignored me and didn't give me the menu. Although I didn't plan to order food, the service was really average.
It only costs 50-60 mad to take a taxi to the casa voyagers train station. The front desk asked for 200 mad. Check-out is free before 13:00. If you want to refund at 14:00, you will be charged. Breakfast costs 150 mad per person. There are no hot dishes. Chinese people are not used to it.
I will not book this hotel again. Casa is really dirty. Except for the taxi ride through the rich area, the streets are always chaotic, dusty and polluted. Especially when I took a taxi, I didn't know what it was.
If it wasn't for the music festival, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel for so long. Conclusion: I won't book it again.

GGuest UserGreat location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast
GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees

MmystarskyThe hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.
GGuest UserDear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special.
I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.
Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again to all the staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.
Sincerely,

YYUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.
GGuest Userreat location, valet parking, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning, which seems to be centrally limited for the entire building, making it difficult to cool the room properly. There was also no possibility to open the window, so the room felt quite warm at night, especially after staying in the much cooler riads in Chefchaouen and Fes.

NNataliaAn excellent hotel with truly the best staff! Our ocean-view room was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. While it's considered 'first line,' it's worth noting that reaching the actual ocean requires a short walk. However, we were aware of this beforehand.
The hotel features a clean, warm swimming pool with always plenty of available sun loungers. The breakfasts provided were decent, and the on-site restaurant offers good lunch and dinner options with commendably prepared food.
The location is fantastic, right next to the Ain Diab promenade, perfect for enjoyable strolls both day and evening. Morocco Mall is quite a distance; we didn't manage to walk there – a taxi is definitely recommended.
We genuinely have very fond memories of our stay and would gladly return at the first opportunity. What's more, after several transfers, riads, and stays in the Tangier Medina, this was the first place in Morocco where I truly *slept in* (thanks to the perfect quietness of the room and incredibly comfortable beds). Val D'Anfa provided the sense of calm and tranquility I had been dreaming of throughout my entire trip.
