Hotels With Pools in Souss-Massa, Morocco

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

I recently stayed at Club Hotel El Moggar and I want to express my complete satisfaction. The property is impeccably maintained, ideally located, and the welcome is warm. A special thank you goes to the entertainment team – Hamza, Akram, Sofiane, Aïcha, Kamel, and Mr. Ali – for their energy and professionalism, which greatly enhanced my stay. My gratitude also extends to Mr. Fayçal, the manager, for his approachability and attentiveness, as well as to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work. Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le personnel n’était pas super gentil à l’accueil .. à éviter pendant la haute saison car l’hôtel sera pleins de touristes ; buffets tres basiques avec peu de choix, impossible de réserver des repas dans les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel, impossible d’avoir un transat à la piscine car ils serons réservés par les touristes très tôt le matin ….
