We couldn't stay here. We had prepaid for two nights. The apartment is quite far from the airport, but that wasn't even the main issue. When we arrived, there was no one there, the door was open, there was no Wi-Fi information, and we were left without connection. The town of Bijela is small, you can't buy a local SIM card, and without Wi-Fi, we couldn't contact anyone. Plus, it was complete uncertainty as to whether the hosts would ever show up. We had to leave and book another place in Tivat, closer to civilization.

Elegant and lovely hotel complex with pleasant and friendly staff! The complex consists of a historical and residential part. There are amazing beach area with a pool, bar, and restaurant. The spa is wonderful, big pool, a few saunas, a Turkish bath, a salt room, and jacuzzi. The rooms are beautiful and the space is large, minimalistic, and nicely decorated. My husband and I were here for the second time and the staff gave us a wonderful surprise: a bottle of Prosecco and 2 packages of delicious chocolates! Breakfast was excellent! The first time we were unsatisfied with the room view of an ugly courtyard next to the residential building. The next day we were moved to the historical building in a beautiful bigger room with a better view. Out of season is the best time for a visit according to price and occupancy and crowding.

Lovely looking hotel and we had a nice room with a balcony & sea view BUT steep steps to reach the reception level/pool/restaurant and then a further 100 plus steep steps down to sea level/water front/‘beech’ areaa (shingles not sand) and no hand rail for some of them. We visited in mid October and the hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed however there was a very limited basic menu available until 7pm. The only mini market in the village was closed as were all but one restaurant, the Resteran Aragosta -we ate here twice with a waterfront table, their food and service were great. Highly recommend their grilled Squid - served with lots of garlic, spinach & potatos, delicious. Sound proofing in rooms not great and no coffee/tea provided in the room despite there being cups and a kettle.

[ Montenegrin ] This journey is the last day of my trip, so I have to stay for one night and I hurriedly chose this Palmon Bay Hotel a very new four-star large hotel in the Gulf City. The room selection can be personalized. The hotel facilities are very sufficient. Breakfast is a ”four-star top” rating. There are many food choices and the standard is extremely high. It will not disappoint at all. Outside the hotel and with a private pool and private beach. The hotel is located in the most lively and tourist shopping place in the city. The restaurant is full of beach promenades. Travelers choose food is inevitable. I personally highly recommend: Traveling to Montenegro should consider going to [ Xinhaierceg ] This tourist city should also choose Palmon Bay Hotel to avoid loss.

Facilities: Although the hotel itself is not big, it is small but well-equipped. There are SPA, massage room, etc., and the room is also fully equipped. Hygiene: Good Environment: You can see the inland sea along the Mediterranean Sea when you open the window. It is located on the seaside. There are bars and restaurants around. It is also very close to Perast and other places. Service: The service attitude is very good, the front desk is very patient and gentle (and very good looking)

Overall, not bad, but there are some inconsistencies. The room smelled musty and smoky. The spa center was out of order, and the breakfast varied greatly from day to day: one day a fantastic buffet, the next a very meager à la carte breakfast. There was an unfriendly young man at the front desk, but on the other hand, a very welcoming lady. There's an excellent supermarket and bakery nearby. Convenient parking, if spaces are available.

The stunning apartments, all clean and gently, felt literally like home. Washed and clad 💪🏼 The presence of a washing machine was very cheerful. A pleasant embankment for walks. Downstairs a grocery store and a cafe with delicious coffee. Parking underground, which was an important criterion for us. The view from the window and the presence of the terrace also rejoiced us.

My wife and I stayed from March 2nd to 5th, 2026. The pictures on the website really don't do this place justice – it's a truly luxurious hotel with first-class service. When we walked into our room, we were absolutely blown away by its design, spaciousness, and the stunning view of the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful hotel grounds. The bathroom deserves a special mention; it's as large as the bedroom! It features a huge panoramic window (which can be covered by blinds), a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and even a sofa right in the middle. The staff are beyond excellent, and I'm not talking about those with 'plastic' smiles. These are highly professional people with a genuine approach to guests. Breakfast is served à la carte, but everything is prepared and brought out very quickly. The hotel itself is located within the gated community of the new Portonovi development – it's an entire 'city' with hotels, apartments, restaurants, boutiques, and a beautiful marina filled with yachts. I highly recommend everyone visit the town of Herceg Novi; it truly offers memorable experiences. The promenade, stretching 6 km, and of course, the old town, deserve special attention. At the very top of the old town, you'll find a Roman amphitheater. It just so happened that my wife and I were completely alone there, and we even felt like performers – singing our favorite songs. Definitely recommend: this hotel is truly superb!

Your parking, it's plus, its beach, it's plus. The pool was really cold, but overall a good place.
