Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

Soy cliente frecuente, me vine a pasar el fin de año con mis menores hijos, todo muy bien, hasta que uno de mis menores se quería meter a la alberca del hotel y fui personalmente a solicitarle a la recepcionista si me podía prestar un par de toallas, a la cual obtuve la respuesta que NO, que no mes las podía prestar qué por qué los huéspedes le piden toallas y se las llevan a la playa, a lo que le respondí que las utilizaría en la alberca a lo que muy grosera me contestó que NO, Y HÁGALE COMO QUIERA, le solicite me canalizara con el gerente en turno, a lo cual me contestó que ella era la jefa de todos y si quería me podía echar del hotel, y así pasé mi fin de año con mis menores hijos sin meterme a la alberca, solo por qué a la casi dueña del hotel me negó el uso de toallas, he recomendado a muchos amigos y familia el buen servicio que me daban, pero ya la recepcionista se siente la dueña y yo ya no regreso, ni mis recomendados.
