The room is quite big, the bed is big, the scenery outside the window is also good, the only drawback is that there is no place to open the window, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not switched, I don’t know how the air in the house is circulating, breakfast 300 pesos are too expensive

The suite is comfortable.
The rooms near the highway are a little noisy. Some rooms have a smell. If you find that there is a smell, it should be caused by the toilet and kitchen. Contact the front desk in time to change it, don't be patient.

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

Hotel location is very good, there are many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy and the front desk service was very good. But the room facing the road will be a bit noisy, and I have been hearing the roar of cars on the road.

A little better than the hotel chain, certainly not up to 4 stars in the country, but the environment is relatively good compared to that place, next to the Outlets, convenient to eat. No slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. The biggest problem is that the hot water is too slow for 10 minutes, as if it is only at night and in the morning, the temperature is unstable.

The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.

Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

VVillitaSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in.
I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise…
There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

GGuest UserThe Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!
