Everything is fine except for the time to serve the food, in the restaurant they take a long time to bring the food, even for the account they take time, I don't know if it's the staff or they don't have enough people in the kitchen.

A great accommodation experience, although the hotel has a history of many years, but the facilities are OK, there is nothing to pick out. Sleeping very comfortably at night, the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go to various places in Toluca.

I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good. Like for such a cheap price

It's a great place, the scenery is very good, the indoor facilities are great, the bathroom floor is still warm at night, the wooden hotel, it feels particularly good, it is suitable for relaxing. . . . But the waiters were not professional and the check-in was not smooth, and I was required to send proof emails, etc. In addition...the waiters were not very clever, which seriously reduced the experience.

Except for the good people, everything else is bad. There is no Wifi, the shower water is very small, the toilet is clogged, and it is almost not recommended as a small domestic hotel. It's very quiet.
To make matters worse, after arriving at the hotel, the reservation could not be found. I contacted Ctrip. Although Ctrip actively communicated with it, it was booked by Ctrip’s European agency. Due to the time difference, I have not yet gone to work. I have no choice but to do it myself. Pay the deposit to move in and wait for Ctrip to continue communicating the next day. Tossing around for nearly two hours.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is slightly remote, with two classic cars at the door. Sometimes there is only one person at the front desk, and English is not good. When we went to the airport, the front desk said that they did not have a free bus to give a black taxi. Breakfast is OK.

GGuest UserLocation is nice if you like nature but it’s far from the downtown and no nearby place to buy food. I booked a room for 3 adults and the picture from trip.con showed 3 beds but the one they gave us is only 2 beds. They always forget to bring extra towel and water and coffee supply (we always have to ask the reception for it).
I like that there’s a swimming but food in the restaurant is expensive. Make sure you buy food from outside but no ref in the room to keep it.

The facilities are very old and even some moldy. The walk back and forth in the corridor at night is a bit noisy. It is best to set a window.
