This Europe trip, I used Amsterdam, Netherlands, as a layover hub, so I needed a stable night's stay at an airport hotel. There were many options around Schiphol Airport, and after considering everything, I chose this Marriott-brand hotel. **Environment:** It's about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. The straight-line distance isn't far, but the car has to take a roundabout route. The surroundings of the hotel are quite ordinary, but the interior is pretty good. The lobby bar is a plus, there's a Spanish restaurant and a Starbucks cafe, and the lobby design has a very artistic vibe with excellent greenery. In the courtyard, there's a 1:1 scale model of a Boeing plane, which might even be a retired one moved directly here, quite interesting. **Facilities:** Overall, the facilities are complete, with an indoor swimming pool, a gym, an underground cinema, meeting rooms, and a supermarket. The rooms are a bit small, and even the triple room felt a bit cramped. The swimming pool is nice though; although not large, it's well-equipped with a sauna and steam room. The changing room amenities are a bit basic. **Hygiene:** The public areas are excellent, the room was a bit messy. The lobby bar is very comfortable, providing a relatively clean and tidy resting place for transit passengers. **Service:** The front desk service was average. There weren't any special benefits for Marriott members; late check-out was 10 euros an hour. I paid 50 euros to extend my check-out time. However, the shuttle bus was a major highlight – very punctual and convenient for getting to and from the airport. We also used the shuttle bus plus train to go downtown, which worked out quite well. **Overall:** There aren't too many choices around the airport. Paying 2,000 RMB for one night plus five hours of late check-out didn't feel like great value for money. Given the high demand from transit passengers, the hotel seemed to be doing very well.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel.location is wonderful.only 5 minutes walk to metro goes every where including central.breakfast was so good.everything was good part from few things I need to point out.room service won’t clean the room in a morning unless you asked for it.we were told some time it can take until 5 o clock to clean the room and you comes back from outside and room still not cleaned.they asked for deposit to keep and this was something we didn’t know when we booked it.there was no information on there that they will asked for deposit to keep until we stayed but it will be returned when we leave.its about 50.00 euro a day.another thing is you have to pay extra to use swimming pool which I was shocked because this information wasn’t on the booking site.it did say extra to use spa but swimming wasn’t mentioned.it’s about 18.00 euro a day per person.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness. The on-site restaurant served a good variety of dishes, although the prices were on the higher side.

We loved the hotel, the common areas are very beautiful, the staff is very professional and willing to help. They even allowed us to check in almost two hours early. The room was incredible, as well as the view. Everything was very clean. We would definitely return!

The hotel features a truly distinctive design and decor, housed in a charming, vintage-style building. It's well worth experiencing. Breakfast was quite good, and the dining area offered lovely views. It offers good value for money. Do note that getting to the train station requires walking.

It's about a half-hour drive from Amsterdam's canal district. The front desk lady was very helpful, and the hotel has all the necessary amenities, making it a great place for a family trip. My only regret was that I booked a king-size bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa didn't fold out to form a bed. I contacted the front desk lady, who said they would send someone to help, but no one ever came. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied.

The hotel itself is a local landmark and easily reachable with a short walk from Zaandam train station. You'll need to take an elevator down one floor to find the hotel entrance. Overall, the place was quite clean, but they don't provide disposable slippers, toothpaste, or other single-use toiletries, nor do they offer bottled water. The hotel breakfast was decent. True to typical European hotel breakfast style, there were few hot dishes and no fresh greens, but they did offer smoked salmon, some sausages, and boiled eggs. Considering a chicken burger at the McDonald's next door costs 6.5 Euros, the hotel breakfast offered excellent value for money.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The family rooms were a real revelation: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the ample space, which made our sleep truly rejuvenating after long days spent exploring the city by bike. The breakfast was super generous. From sweet to savory delicacies, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and drinks of all kinds, there was truly an abundance of choice. Starting the day with such a rich and delicious breakfast gave us the energy we needed to tackle our adventures in Amsterdam. The hotel's location was also strategic, allowing us to easily reach the city's main attractions, as well as the airport and Keukenhof Park, the Zaanse Schans, and Volendam-Marken. The garage for the rental car at the airport and the possibility of renting bicycles directly at the hotel were great. Not to mention the magnificent garden with a pool, which we weren't able to use. In short, this hotel helped make our Amsterdam vacation an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay, especially families. Eddy and family (Italy)

Superb hotel in a good location with easy reach to the city and Arena. The spa and small outdoor pool is excellent as is the breakfast and rooms. Would recommend staying a little further out for a much better standard of hotel and value.
