I've been in the hotel several times.
Since I'm alone, I feel very well at the hotel.
Unfortunately, the spa area was not useful on the first day, but it made the stay not less beautiful.
The rooms are small but always super clean.
This will not be my last stay this time. 👍👍👍👍

Brilliant hotel. We stayed here for Dekmantel festival. A short bus to the festival site. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which was great too. Walking distance to shops to pick up food if you want to cook. Huge spacious rooms, really clean too. The highlight was the wellness centre. The pool was the perfect size, and great having the sauna and steam room. They messed up our booking on the first night but were very apologetic and offered free breakfast for the remainder of our stay.
A 200-year-old hotel in a small fishing village
It's really worth staying here
The bath water is a bit small but it doesn’t affect the overall feeling
Be sure to choose a room facing the lake
Get up in the morning and watch the sunrise
Very very worth it
Hygiene: Average. It’s an old store. Many are not so new.
Internet speed is a bit slow
The quilt and pillows are very comfortable

Nice hotel, booked the service apartment instead of the hotel which was confusing as it was not indicated in the booking. Amenities were quite comprehensive although some toiletries were empty and not refilled.
Food at the bar and bistro was tasty.
Excellent service , special thanks extending to Dan at the counter who helped arranged a room meeting my needs. The location is good with bus stop only at the corner outside of the hotel. Room was nice w a comfortable bed. The view of the room was fantastic overseeing the ocean and the bridge. Breakfast was good too.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Amsterdam Airport, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a small, converted Sprinter van with a compact luggage rack for larger bags. However, it's quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage, especially for a family or two traveling internationally with multiple large suitcases, it might be a squeeze. The shuttle departs from the hotel every hour on the hour or every half hour, and from the airport, it usually leaves around :15 and :45. I won't go into too much detail about the hotel itself, but the breakfast was good – they even had kimchi and rice, and someone to cook eggs and omelets to order, which was a nice touch. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool and sauna are available from 7 AM to 10 PM. I didn't get a chance to use those facilities. There's also parking available for around 20 euros a night. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it!

It is located in the airport
Staff at the front desk friendly
I took Deluxe twin room with airport view, the view was not great ( I will not recommend it as you will pay more money for not a great view)
The facilities in the room average. As there was no cotton Buds and empty tissue box ,They mention to contact them shall you require anything . i contacted them twice and they promise to bring but they did not show.
For me it was overpriced for the service they offered
We had a beautiful sunset day.
And it's always beautiful and fine.
We stayed here one night.
- That's a great room.
It's a pity that dogs are allowed to be there.
Savond really 2 hours to listen to a janking dog.
The matraces were super soft you really got it.
Breakfast was really nice ... especially the Crossants 😍
An Unforgettable Stay in Amsterdam: An Experience Worth Repeating!
We had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel in Amsterdam for 4 days with our family, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice! It was an exceptional experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The family rooms were a real revelation: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the ample space, which made our sleep truly rejuvenating after long days spent exploring the city by bike.
The breakfast was super generous. From sweet to savory delicacies, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and drinks of all kinds, there was truly an abundance of choice. Starting the day with such a rich and delicious breakfast gave us the energy we needed to tackle our adventures in Amsterdam.
The hotel's location was also strategic, allowing us to easily reach the city's main attractions, as well as the airport and Keukenhof Park, the Zaanse Schans, and Volendam-Marken. The garage for the rental car at the airport and the possibility of renting bicycles directly at the hotel were great. Not to mention the magnificent garden with a pool, which we weren't able to use.
In short, this hotel helped make our Amsterdam vacation an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay, especially families.

GGuest UserThe room was fantastic, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Its location near the airport makes it perfect for those catching a flight the next day.
However, I had a terrible experience with the airport shuttle. The website stated there was a free shuttle, and I even double-checked the timetable. I waited at the designated area (A9–A13), but no bus ever showed up! I saw shuttles from other hotels coming and going constantly, yet I waited for over an hour with no sign of ours. I’m not sure if a pre-booking was required, but I strongly advise everyone to call and confirm with the hotel beforehand
Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was broken and wouldn't pump. 🥲
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is within walking distance of most tourist attractions in the city center. The hotel staff are very polite and the room is cleaned every day. It is a hotel that I highly recommend. I will definitely stay here next time👍
HHypnoseWaldorf Astoria Amsterdam. The location is perfect, right by the Herengracht, in an old European house. It is 1.2-1.5 kilometers away from several major museums, and within 20 minutes' walk (the three-story canal and the cute little bridges every few steps and the chocolate-like little houses on the shore make the journey even shorter). The service is first-class, the breakfast is very good, the smoked salmon and ham are all made by themselves, and the taste is very good, but the room meals are hard to describe 😭; the room hygiene is also absolutely standard, there is no trace of uncleanliness on the floor, bathtub, shower room, countertop, or anywhere in the light white bathroom, and the cleaning staff are still so elusive (just like the high-end hotels in Hong Kong and Tokyo); the bathroom is a full set of large bottles of Aesop, just placed there; basically, except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it ~ I will consider staying here again next time I come to Amsterdam.
GGuest UserThe hotel features a truly distinctive design and decor, housed in a charming, vintage-style building. It's well worth experiencing. Breakfast was quite good, and the dining area offered lovely views. It offers good value for money. Do note that getting to the train station requires walking.
CchauchaukaThe hotel looks really spectacular from the outside. The location is also very nice and convenient. It is right next to the train station and there are various shops and restaurants around. The swimming pool, spa and sauna is relaxing and good. The hotel also provides luggage storage.
However, the rooms inside weren’t comfortable at all, especially the cleanliness is concerning. The toilets had poo stains on, the sink had some vomiting looking stains on. The view is blocked, and we weren’t informed about this or given a choice to upgrade/change rooms when we checked in. The beds were very small and there is no socket next to the beds. Only one socket is available for visitors to use which was near the desk. There were very little food options in the breakfast.
GGuest UserThis is a very comfortable hotel with stylish decor, welcoming service, and a great breakfast spread. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport and roughly the same to the city center, but the price is significantly lower than hotels in the city. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely choose it again if my plans don't change.
GGuest UserThis is a 4-star hotel, but the room didn't even have bottled water, slippers, toothbrushes, cotton pads, or any of those small amenities you might need. We had to ask for slippers, and they brought them.
The sink was clogged, but they fixed it when we asked.
Room cleaning was superficial; one time, they didn't even make the bed, just took out the trash.
All the dispensers (shampoo, soap) were nearly empty; we had to request refills. The internet in the room was poor, probably because we were on a high floor.
The canal view from the 7th floor was a pleasant surprise – it was definitely worth it.
Among the staff, Kostya was very friendly and helpful. The other ladies were less welcoming.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, nice rooms!
It's just a shame that none of the staff spoke Dutch when we were there, at least.
And close to the city center, you walk out the door and you're practically on Dam Square.
