There is no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I asked the front desk for two sets. When I checked out, I actually charged the cost of 6.6 Euro toothbrush and toothpaste. I was speechless.
Prima hotel, goede locatie.. uitstekende service met vriendelijk personeel. Als u van honden houd danwel bezit is dit een unieke gelegenheid om met honden te verblijven.. nimmer in een zo hondvriendelijk hotel verbleven.
The hotel lobby is very modern, the room is spacious, the comfort is high, the dry and wet separation, the breakfast is rich, no matter the restaurant or room service are very kind, the overall feeling is very comfortable. The feature is that the restaurant also prepares color pens and drawing paper for the children, which can be colored. Recommended d
It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes).
The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room.
The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.
Really nice hotel, only the person from the reception was not very flexible. I wanted a late check out (willing to pay for)but he only wanted to check it in the early morning on the day of checking out. For me it was useless since I wanted an hour of extra sleep.
Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)
The layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit.
Convenient transportation, complete hotel facilities, nearby is a large tulip field, just in season, very beautiful! The service is also very good, but the room this time is average.
Expensive parking, parked the car somewhere else
Nice staff, Thomas showed us the facilities, Gijs and Gwen also did their best for the good atmosphere only 1 at the farewell, no attention at all, it shouldn't be like this
Good room service and cleaning, good service with technical problems
Nice Wellness, but some facilities stop too soon, press buttons again...
Not really a 5 star hotel, but a nice stay

GGuest UserAll things considered we had a great experience, but the hotel has some rough edges. We had a 2 night stay traveling with our 1 year old daughter. Check-in was flawless and staff was very helpful and friendly. We noticed the mini fridge wasn't working and we wanted to use it. Got downstairs , they were aware of the broken mini fridge, and were assigned a different room. Fast forward 1 day and we noticed the 'secondary' lights in the bathroom were not working. Lights around the bathroom mirror and around the smaller make up mirror. Not ideal, but we were not about to switch a second time in 2 days. My partner also found a small lotion handpump from a previous residant that seemed to be sitting there for quiet some time by now. At the breakfast area there were electrical cables hanging from the ceiling and sticking out the walls and we found some small bugs (we think they were ants) in our multivitamin juice. We did not test the others.
Other than that, staff was, again, very friendly and helpful, room was great, great bed, great location and great choice of food during breakfast.

刘刘Very satisfied, the hotel is very suitable for traveling by car. We rented a car and drove the car to the other side of the children's windmill the next day. Originally, the room rate did not include breakfast, but I didn’t know how to give us two breakfasts, which were also very delicious. Although the hotel facilities are old, but the sanitation is excellent, the surrounding environment is also very good
