GGuest UserIt was nice stay in New Plymouth and we were able to pop by the nearby eating areas with ease. One thing we enjoyed about the facility is the bath tub and the conveniently located washing machines, except that the machines are locked by 10pm, resulting in some rush, but other than that the stay was great.

AazizRMExcellent building setup. We took more than 10 minutes to cover all the areas namely reception, restaurant, garden & relaxation and easy section.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The only minus was going to our room on the first floor using the stairs only. The front desk was however willing to call for help. Thanks.

As I mentioned at reception the room service staff replaced towels that were hung up and which I was happy to use again (contrary to what it said on the card in the bathroom and is now standard practice in most hotels). That was an extra 4 towels to the laundry over 5 days for one room - this all adds up - I am just thinking of the planet and also the autolodge laundry bills!

GGuest UserThe room was older but very clean, the wall was cracked, the carpet stained and the toilet not bolted to the floor. None of things made the stay any less funtional and the service standard and facilities were excellent. It was excellent for our family and we would stay again.

思思When we arrived, it was close to 10 o'clock in the evening, so I was really afraid that there would be problems in the stay - but in fact there is a British lady waiting for us! When we arrived, we received us very kindly, and we warmly told us where we can eat at night. The next morning we saw the proprietress, the Chinese lady, and the kindness is not to be said. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and the equipment is very complete! If you come later, I will still choose to stay here!
