The service could have been friendlier, especially at the reception. The food was practically the same every day, and there wasn't much of it. Sometimes we had to wait a while for items that had run out to be refilled. The bathroom and toilet doors were difficult to close, which was a problem for the kids. The toilet didn't have a lock inside. There was no bottled drinking water, just an empty pitcher, and no information on whether the tap water was safe to drink.

Complimentary tea in the lobby adds a welcoming touch, making guests feel right at home.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. The room is spacious and clean. A huge minus is the miniature pool and the paid bathrobes. The glass bathroom door is uncomfortable.
