Excellent location of the hotel, quite comfortable mattresses, coolers with water on each floor - big plus
On the 3rd floor, however, the cooler did not heat the water, but on others it worked. It would be more convenient of course to have your teapot in the room and a couple of tea glasses there to avoid running on the floors)
Nearby shop and stop, embankment in pedestrian access
The girlfriend is a little sleepy- and irritated by a bright in the dark evacuation plan opposite the bed, but it is safety rules, nowhere to go)

Останавливалась в отеле на три ночи. Осталась очень довольна сервисом, чистотой, комплектацией номера. Каждый день пользовалась возможностью бесплатно посетить спа-центр, предоставляют тапочки и полотенце, травяной чай без ограничений. Лучше записаться по телефону на удобное время посещения. Дополнительно оплачивала массаж и спа-процедуры, это было чудесно. Прекрасные сауна, хамам, джакузи с гидромассажем и бассейн. Завтраки также очень понравились, особенно сырники. Абсолютно нечего добавить или исправить. Удивил швейный набор, в компактном пластиковом чехле, где нитки каждого цвета уже помещены в ушки своей иголочки. В прихожей одноразовая перчатка для чистки обуви, в душевой щетки, зубная паста, жидкое мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, крем для тела с суперским ароматом, также есть ватные диски, палочки, одноразовая пилочка для ногтей. Две бутылки воды, 4 пакетика чая, 2 пакетика кофе и сливки на номер в сутки. Комфорт и безопасность в чистом виде! Есть открытая терасса на третьем этаже с качелями, зонами отдыха и тренажёрами. В здании отеля справа от входа, если свернуть за угол, есть уютная кальянная с вполне демократичными ценами. В шаговой доступности множество магазинов аптек и торговых центров. С удовольствием вернусь в отель, чтобы продолжить осматривать непосредственно Краснодар)). Столько времени с удовольствием проводила в пределах отеля, что из достопримечательностей была только в парке Галицкого и японском саду.

This is not the first time I choose this hotel, everything is balanced, breakfasts are great, outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi. Of the minuses - the spa was often not preventive this time, this is of course strange, and besides, there is a renovation above the complex, it was noisy, but this is temporary. And another thing - the hotel is practically empty in December, they do not upgrade the room category for this, usually in such chains this option works.
In general, this is an ideal hotel for me, I will definitely come back

Чисто, удобно, красиво. Понравилось, что была колонка салют в номере, утро начиналось с музыки. Брали номер с видом на море и много времени проводили на балконе любуясь. Завтраки разнообразные и обслуживание прекрасное.
Спа хороший. Ужины отдельная любовь, ооочень вкусно в ресторане, заказ по меню.
Были там 5 дней, сплошные плюсы, уезжать не хотелось. До этого останавливались в других отелях Сириуса, но теперь только сюда:)

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

For a long time I chose a hotel for a rest to please me and my sons : 12 and 20 years old. And I didn't regret it. Height 960: When the bottom is hot , here refreshs, of course one of the criteria - swimming pool on the street, breakfast Swedish table: varied , all delicious , champagne , wine for choice . The hotel itself is clean, staff is friendly. During the night life, they went to Polyan 540, not very sudden- until 23:00 there is a rope, after the bus is on schedule to the hotel or taxi 200-300 rubles.

ССергей КашинThe only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again.

OOLEGOf the pluses is a good restaurant and a free sauna with a swimming pool. The room is small but decent, not ripped, a sauna. But the downsides were more.
The room with an inter-room door with a neighbouring room. Noise isolation with neither the neighbor room nor the street. In general, the feeling of a accommodation.
There is no hotel access from the word at all. You will be loaded directly from the track under the enabled emergency. No parking too. Search where to put the car on your fear and risk.
The whole quarter under the signs ”parking is forbidden.” The evacuators work well. 200 m from the hotel there are two private packs 1000 and 1500 r per day.

And here the whole rotten essence of this resource came out. Support for two days could not solve the issue. And eventually stated that they were not against, but, NOTE, the mediator through which they work refused to return. Money is small. Let them suppress. If there is any sense in travel abroad, use the Russian Federation booking on Trip.com I do not advise you. Support is slow and unradiated. Work through layers that have a decisive word in disputed issues. There was hope that here she was replacing ************. However, alas, it is not Bucking.
