Traveling with family! No more than 3-4 stars! We chose this based on reviews! The room description mentioned king-size beds, but it didn't match what we selected. We travel a lot, but this is definitely not the format the hotel describes!!! The spa, compared to numerous other hotels, also doesn't live up to its claims. But overall, it's fine for a one-night stay 🤷‍♀️ Upon check-in for 4 people with children, they didn't prepare the room for that many guests and payment; we had to request everything. In short, it's up to you, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term stay with family!

The room was quiet, and the breakfast was good. They have sports facilities, and the swimming pool seems to be on the top floor with the spa. The surrounding area is average, but it's pretty good for business travel!

Хороший отель. Закрытая парковка. Полный набор в душевой, чайник, большой телевизор, скромный завтрак. Чисто, уютно.

The park hotel is really high-level. We booked a simple studio room but it turned out to be large in the area, in addition to a very wide bed there is still a sofa on which the child was sleeping, additional bedding was already in the room. The room also has a refrigerator, a fan, a teapot and a capsule coffee maker. Breakfast is varied according to the Swedish table system. Yes, compared to similar aquatermal complexes the cost here is higher, but at the same time the visitors are less and even at the midst of the season there are free places.

Not the first time we have a family holiday in this hotel. And this time everything liked: cleanliness, polite staff, convenience. At night there was live music in the restaurant and the hotel offered spa discounts. I love to visit the swimming pool and sauna in Ramada. We will definitely come again to our place of rest from urban vain)

Отдыхали в «вилле» 1А, было все замечательно. В номере чисто и уютно, все есть для комфортного отдыха. В ресторане вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Также в ресторане вкусно поужинали. Рекомендасьён однозначный!

The location is a bit biased, far from the city, the taxi cost is relatively high, but the service staff is very good, almost do not worry about the health of the Russian hotel, very clean, but the quality of the spare parts is too ordinary
