LLKGPThe hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the central station, which made getting around very convenient. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the stay. The hotel provides grey towels, which I found unappealing; white towels generally give a better sense of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, though some of the fruit offered was of poor quality.
I also had concerns about the room’s cleanliness. After our first night, it didn’t seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned — the drinking glasses we had used weren’t replaced, and some visible stains we had accidentally made were not wiped down. Additionally, the iron in the room tripped the power on both occasions we tried to use it, which was quite frustrating.
The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working properly, so the drinks we stored inside remained warm. I also found the 11:00 a.m. checkout time to be inconvenient, as a later checkout would have allowed for a more relaxed departure.

BBranimirPVery kind stuff , great breakfast and very good dinner (a small buffet dinner but everything was delicious and tastefull). Location quiet, only 10 min with tram 1 to main railway station and 15 min with tram 5 to Universum and downtown. Not a problem at all. Nice courtyard inside , gym very well equiped, sauna also included. We really liked our stay here and would come again. There is outside pool.

Very modern hotel and the room provided was huge.
The bathroom was large with a great shower.
Tea, coffee and water provided.
The breakfast was fantastic, there were many options and lots of healthy items.
The staff were very friendly too, a wonderful stay for us.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel, the room was lovely with great decor. The most comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, Spa was absolutely worth the hype clean and the food portion was extremely filling and breakfast options were great too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad and the breakfast is very rich. The young lady at the front desk is pretty and offers great service. However, the parking fee is too expensive, and the valet parking even costs 370 Swedish kronor. I looked for a parking space behind the hotel, which only cost 110 kronor.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and some attractions. The seafood, cheese, and snack markets downstairs are very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable, and the jacuzzi is very relaxing 👍
