I stayed here for 2 nights. Nice hotel on the seaside with a great view. Fantastic hospitality of the reception and the staff. Room service and the hygiene rules of the hotel make you feel comfortable. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Giresun.

We chose this hotel as it advertised as a 4 star non smoking, with pool. Sadly none of this was true. We paid extra for a suite, we found it poorly maintained, holes in the walls, cigarette burns on furniture, heat pump not working, many lights not working, floor heating on in bathroom despite summer temp 30 deg, pool closed!!! It was summer very hot, we were directed to a beach across the road. I am still traumatised by the filth, rubbish and polution we found there! I cannot believe the Ramada takes no interest or self respect for its surrounding environment and recommends this beach which is absolutely dangerous to your health, no care or respect at all ver poor. The staff and breakfast was excellent. There is something wrong with upper management, very sad to see the beach and environment as it is. Take responsibility urgently
