I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods…
Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!
The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.
The sea view room is beautiful. There seems to be a night market below, which is very lively at night. Those who have a bad sleep are those whose windows face the sea. There is a big restaurant along the street below the hotel (decorated in black) and the breakfast is delicious. It is really annoying to eat in the hotel all the time. There is an accent at the front desk of the hotel, it seems that the reception is a bit arrogant, which makes people feel uncomfortable. The rest is ok
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave tour suggestions and maps. Toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided, but slippers, towels, and kettles were all available. Coffee, tea, and snacks were available at the restaurant. The overall experience was good. The town of Selcuk is worth visiting.
The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right next to the ruins of St. John's Basilica, and the Temple of Artemis ruins are just an 800-meter walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The service was excellent; as soon as we parked, staff proactively came to help with our luggage and brought it all the way up to our third-floor room. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wonderful mix of flavors, colors, and aromas. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, you can park along the road next to it. I also noticed that the visitor parking lot for St. John's Basilica seemed available for overnight parking, as it was mostly empty in the evenings. The drinks in the mini-bar were also reasonably priced. If we ever return to Selçuk, this hotel would be our top choice.

Pelin A. Kahyaoglu, the navigator. Very personal and approachable when assistance needed.
Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located. The villa is a two-story, stand-alone building with four rooms, two on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The downside is that the small living room on the first floor doesn't have air conditioning. It was incredibly hot midday and in the afternoon, so I had to retreat to an air-conditioned room or the small living room on the second floor (Figure 1), but the air conditioning wasn't very effective. For this type of hotel, you need to bring your own daily necessities like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and towels, otherwise getting them from the hotel isn't easy. The entrance to our small stand-alone building is right outside a scenic spot (Figures 4-6). Figures 7-11 show the hotel's small restaurant, which offers beautiful sunset views.
GGuest UserThe hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

GGuest UserThe room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.
AAlfalfaZI came here on a business trip with my students for a competition. The location is a little remote on the hillside, but the environment is very good, the scenery is also good, and you can see a little bit of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast is also rich in choice, and the restaurant environment is also good. On the last day, I was bitten by a wasp. The nurse of the hotel took very considerate care of me, applied medicine and iced it with the help of the translator, and I recovered in two days.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: Generally, there is a swimming pool and parking lot. There is always a raccoon cat in the lounge area. The clip is very cute and you can play with the cat. I set a loft, but the hotel in Turkey feels cheated. The room is very small and short. The photo looks at the area. It is actually very forced. However, when we arrived, we helped us upgrade the standard room for free. We were still not satisfied, so we added 1000 lira to upgrade the family suite.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and bright.
Environment: very close to the coast, walking all the way to the Marina and the castle, it is convenient to go anywhere, the family suite has a small balcony facing the coast, and it is very comfortable to blow at night.
Service: 1. Will not help you with your luggage, the hotel does not have an elevator; 2. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and the room was not cleaned in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, I went downstairs to ask the front desk for garbage bags and toilet paper; 3. There is a small trash can in the bathroom, which leads to garbage throwing. It’s really **; 4. The hotel's English primary school standards are recommended to prepare translation software in advance, otherwise it is difficult to communicate; 5. Read the comments that the breakfast is very rich, in fact, there is no, and on the first day we went downstairs late, the next day we got up early to go to Fethiye, breakfast actually did not have intestines/cheese/fries, I feel that I am not ready, so I don’t provide it. I am very unhappy. ~
After adding the price of 500/night, it would be worthless if it weren't for the scenery of the town (smiling face).
