Персонал очень дружелюбный и откликается на любые просьбы. Единственное что хотел уточнить: что в описание указано что завтрак по системе «шведский стол», но это нет: завтрак порционный и не очень большой и в нём нет кофе и сливочного масла."

"The settlement took place only in the third shown number, cleaning daily, in the rooms very clean, thanks to the staff of cleaning. On the service of the bar when contacting the Internet, the question was decided only half an hour later, as the standard entry by the passport/number of the number did not work. MMiladGreat place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

OOmerGI had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety. My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

MMiiLFantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

AAnna 1991Very good hotel. There is a big beach, grocery store and infrastructure nearby. The room itself is decent, comfortable bed and pillow, there is a teapot, balcony.
Of the downsides: The room was poorly cleaned on the floor of sand and dust on furniture. Shoes in the closet are two pieces. Breakfast is scarce: cooked eggs, fries, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, jams, cabbages and tea
